I have never had stuff stolen from my hotel room before until I stayed at this hotel. I had clothes stolen from my room from the cabinet, and their response was "We assure you it wasn't our staff because our records show the only key used was your own key" but they didn't share that log with me, and as such, they release themselves from any liability.
I asked for any security footage of the hallway that could show who had access to the room, which they declined to provide or don't have it. I am not sure which is worse, the lack of transparency or the fact that they don't have any surveilance means in the hallway because per their response "maintaining privacy by not capturing footage that shows the room doors". I guess any crime could take place in that hotel without a trace. The next thing they said was "if the door was left unlocked then it is on you", so I guess anyone could wander into any room freely as long as the door is unlocked. The last thing they asked was "what do you feel is an appropriate solution to make you feel better?". I am not dreaming up a story to score anything from the hotel or scam them out of anything. How about the fact that I'll never feel safe ever visiting this hotel or recommending it to anyone since they won't cooperate with providing any footage/record of who accessed the rooms?
Stay away from this hotel even if your life depends on it.

10/10 Our stay here was absolutely fabulous!
The staff was very friendly and the rooms were fabulous! We didn’t know there were 2 full bathrooms in our Cosmic Suite! Also, there were 2 Keurig Coffee makers, and a Murphy bed for additional guests. The bed was super comfortable, the thermostats in both rooms were easy to operate, and the TV’s were huge! This property didn’t disappoint!! We loved the robes, thick thirsty towels, and all the soaps,shampoos, and lotions. The cookies and still water were delicious. We stayed there during the Westminster Dog Show and some of the top dogs were staying there as well. We met some very nice exhibitors there. We will definitely stay there again….hopefully with a pooch!!

9/10 SUPER CUTE HOTEL. GREAT LOCATION AND VALUE.
The hotel is super cute. Love the decor. Our little suite had a separate room for sitting and eating the pizza we brought back from around the corner. AND we had two bathrooms and a HUGE terrace. The location is also very convenient. And you get it all for a really reasonable price. I would also add how much we love that they sell stuffed dog mascots that benefit animal rescue.

10/10 Connector Room makes the party
StayPineapple was centrally located so a great home base. Burgerology is just across the street and was really good for a quick breakfast.
Girls trip with the connector rooms which made which made our pajama party really fun. The rooms are small but amazingly make the most of all the space.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the water bar and coffee.
We are planning our next trip to try StayPineapple in Chicago.

10/10 Stay Staypinneapple!!!
My husband and visited NYC in March. Our stay at Staypinneapple was wonderful. The best part of the stay was the staff. They were so helpful and accommodating. Perfect location in mid-town. Rooms are expected size for NYC. What’s amazing is how well the space is utilized. Coffee in the room & lobby. Water available in the lobby, even sparkling water!!! When traveling we will look for a Staypinneapple in the future.

8/10 My overall stay was good for the purpose of the trip.
The hotel was close to the Amtrak Train Station. I felt safe walking to and from the location.The staff members were helpful and kind.

10/10 Great little hotel.
Very clean, desk staff friendly (especially Freddie!). We stayed on the 19th floor and weren't bothered by street noise at all. Rooms are tiny, but it's New York. Bed and pillows very comfortable, good coffee in the morning. Great location - we walked to the Empire State Bldg, Times Square and Broadway. Convenient to subways. Would definitely stay again.

Very small room, floor hasn’t be swept when we arrived. Couldn’t get down one side of the bed for the air conditioning unit. Couldn’t only store hand luggage under the bed due to the weird design under the bed. One morning we had no hot water, staff said they were very nonchalant that they were working on it but no real apology for the inconvenience.

It was easy to get to from either Penn Station or Port Authority.
Staff were amazing and the hotel itself was lovely. My bed was incredibly comfy and I loved the cookies and coffee in reception.

I was very please with my 1 night stay. Amenities were good, staff friendly , decor is so cute. The only thing I would change is the tv channel

9/10 Have stayed before and will book again - it’s become my favorite hotel in Manhattan.
The room was well appointed with closet and hangers for clothes, Keurig for coffee, spacious bathroom with HOT shower and the beds are superior in comfort.

Great location and friendly staff - very helpful. Even though our room was at the front of the 3rd floor, the noise wasn’t too much and it means it felt quite vibrant.

Everything from staff and facility was awesome. The room was adorable! Since we had a terrace suite, it had 2 bathrooms, which was a bonus!! Definitely found a new favorite when we visit the city. Only a 5 min walk to Penn station.

8/10 A very small, but well appointed room in a great location for seeing the sights.
I enjoyed how cheery this hotel was, it was a warm oasis during a cold stay in NYC. Close to the train station and Madison Square Garden, it was a relatively short walk to Times Square and the other major midtown attractions. The bed was also one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in.

It was a good location with a lot of options for food/grocery nearby. I liked the hotel had a theme, it made the stay feel unique. The bed was comfortable. I also liked the complimentary beverage/snack - that was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary water bottle and water refill station were appreciated. The pros outweigh the cons. I had a good stay and it was walkable from Penn Station. It is great for a short-term stay.

Loved the room (on the smaller side as expected but very well designed), it was facing away from the street and on the 22nd floor so quiet by NYC standards, and the bed was very comfortable with great bedding
The nice touches such as free coffee and water bar in the lobby, nice bathrobes in the room and pineapple cookies were very much appreciated

9/10 Small rooms, perfect for a quick trip with connector king option that was totally affordable and convenient.
The hotel was conveniently located to MSG, where we were seeing a concert. The connector gave my teens some privacy and me my own space.
