Smiled and seemed happy that we were there. Some of the larger chain hotels aren’t even staffing registration desks anymore so this was a beautiful retro experience. The room was clean very spacious nicely decorated. The bed was comfy. The price of the room included breakfast in bed every morning. That was such a lovely experience. Whenever I needed the help of a staff member, they were always there with a smile. I was never made to feel like I was a burden to them even when I dropped the breakfast tray on my way to sit it outside of the room. It was quite a mess. The staff took care of it, and assured me that they knew it was an accident and not to worry about it.Show More

Our suite was spacious, clean and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable and the gas fireplace added to the ambiance. The bed was beautifully decorated with rose petals, tea lights and swan towels. The bathroom was over the top with a beautiful glass sink, spa style shower and jet tub. Our compliments to the inn for providing luxurious amenities such as robes, slippers, and even a bath bomb. The Inn has ample parking. It's within walking distance to Clifton Hill and the falls.Show More
