From the pool area, tiki bar, cinema, gift shop and access to park with sporting choices like basketball and tennis/shuffle board - this is our favorite place is the area for our family. There are 2 hot tubs, 104F & 95F a splash pad & slide on the main pool that goes from 2ft-4.5ft. We would not rent from 8960pp again as the site had several mechanical issues in the home and cockroaches in many parts of the home including in the kitchen, bathroom and pool area. The home itself is managed by Magnolia villas properties and despite the fact that they were responsive, the issue of the bugs in the home was so unsanitary that we wouldn't rent from them again. The home was overall well appointed but very worn down in the carpets, walls, floors etc. There is a bedroom on the main floor that accesses the bathroom by the door and the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. 1 bedroom with a closet / dresser with dark curtains and a ceiling fan, 1 bedroom has the bunk beds with a floor fan and closet but no dresser or shelves for clothing and just shutters and the third master bedroom has shutters with an ensuite bathroom, closet and a large dresser. There is only a ceiling fan on low and this room is hot. Blankets in the master are thin and no sheets.The kitchen has a kettle, keurig, small coffee maker, air fryer and toaster. The fridge froze all of our food on the top shelf and upper drawer. Make sure you dbl check amenities you want are set up!Show More
