The doorboy helps us the moment we get out of our taxi, carry our bags, directed us to the lift up and he ran using the stairs to meet us. The receptionists was very helpful too, explaining to us where to go, what to eat and even provide us with an additional card without question. Very very satisfying. Will definitely stay here again.Show More

Just a short walk to Terminal 21 and one or two stops on the BTS to other impressive malls. Also the MTR crosses at this point which makes it only one stop to Airport line. Room was comfortable and breakfast good. Staff were all really nice and made you feel welcomed and valued. While close to the BTS and main road the rooms were surprisingly a lot quieter then i thought they would be, but if you are a light sleeper ask for an off street room.Show More
