Upon arrival there was an additional charge of $11 for amenities of which there were none that could be observed or experienced. No breakfast. There was offered a coupon for nearby restaurants I guess, but last time I did that the cost was still in excess of a normal breakfast. Room was clean enough. Check in agent were helpful enough, but then took photo copies of our ID’s and asked for email and phone number even though I booked online through the Wyndham app where all that information has already been given. This seems criminal to me. Because once you’ve verified my identity conforms to my reservation, what do you need to keep a copy of the ID for? In a sketch area like this I suppose they need it to identify the bodies. Cannot recommend this place to anyone. Sorry I booked it!Show More

Upon check-in, we paid a $125 deposit and were clearly told that smoking in the room was not allowed, which was fine, since we don’t smoke at all. When we checked out, the staff said the deposit would be refunded within 3–5 business days. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received my money back. I’ve tried contacting the hotel several times, but they keep ignoring my messages. This is unacceptable and feels like a complete scam. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you don’t want to risk losing your deposit for no reason, stay somewhere else.Show More
