The newly renovated rooms are wonderful. We have stayed in a suite the last two times with her two children and it’s a perfect size for a small family. We also love the proximity to the restaurant, which is excellent.

9/10 Amazing
Amazing hotel in the heart of Vancouver downtown. Only 20 min walk from Stanley park, 20 min walk to the ferry to get to grandville public market island, a few steps away from Robson street with all the shopping stores, a few steps from Pacific center just to name a few.
The rooms are comfortable! Service is excellent. We would definitely stay again if we ever have the chance to come to this amazing city.

9/10 Very relaxing, accommodating and overall wonderful stay
We arrived during the Christmas holidays and at the same time, my partner and I both said that the hotel reminded us of the Home Alone movie. The Hotel was decorated so beautifully! ALL the staff in the entire hotel are friendly and clearly well versed in customer service. The hotel was in a great location of town, very clean and close to everything you need. There is even a wine/beer store attached to the hotel and a grocery store across the street. I really liked that the hotel had its own driveway for pick ups and drop offs. The hotel was buzzing with good energy. The resteraunt was also fantastic! Everything you need in one spot.

9/10 Convenient with a touch of luxury
The hotel is in an outstanding location downtown, being close to many of the city's main sites as well as the trendy districts of Yaletown and Gastown. The room was a decent size and very clean and comfortable. Despite only being on the fourth floor, the room also felt quiet.

This was a beautiful hotel which felt very European with a doorman and a gorgeous foyer. The facilities were excellent with a shop on the ground level, a great pool and gym and even a steam room! The beds were very plush and comfortable. The location was fabulous close to shops and restaurants and I wish we had been able to stay longer.

9/10 A comfortable stay in downtown Vancouver
The location was great, in the downtown area. An easy walk to most of the sights.
The bar area was also pleasant, very relaxing and the kids liked the pool.

The property has a great entrance way, beautiful Christmas decorations welcoming us, and very clean modern and spacious rooms. The gym was large with free weights and modern equipment.

The room was very smart and modern and the cleaning staff were really helpful and super nice. The hotel was clean throughout and the poll and spa were a great touch too.
