Voy a empezar hablando del trato al cliente: tuvimos una incidencia con la reserva (que no fue culpa del hotel) y se implicaron completamente para resolverla (cosa que al final se consiguió), siendo en cierto modo una molestia para ellos, como decía, trato al cliente estupendo. En cuanto al hotel, nos encantó. Es un hotel grande, y desde el hall de entrada hay que quitarse los zapatos e ir en calcetines ya que el suelo está totalmente cubierto por tatami, lo que es muy agradable y da una sensación de ambiente clásico auténtico japonés genial. A la entrada hay muchas taquillas para dejar tus zapatos bajo llave. El tamaño de habitación era muy bueno para lo que encuentras en el país por el mismo dinero o el doble (en ciudades más grandes). Se duerme en futón sobre un colchón, super cómodo, y tuvimos una ventana muy grande, otra cosa que no pillamos en otros muchos hoteles. En la habitación te dejan un yucata por si quieres ir cómodo por el hotel, mucha gente los usa. Ofrecen muchos detalles como café en el lobby, helados gratis por la tarde, zumo de naranja por la mañana (industrial), y por las tardes un ramen vegetal que no llegamos a pillar por estar de turismo. Hay lavadora y secadora a buen precio (esto lo vimos en casi todos los alojamientos a los que fuimos). Y uno de los atractivos principales que tiene es que tiene onsen (baños de aguas termales) dentro del propio hotel. Tienen dos públicos, hombres y mujeres por separado, muy grandes, y 3 privados de distintos tamaños, para 1 persona, 2 personas y 5 personas. Los privados tienen un tiempo de uso de 30 minutos cada vez, y en general no pillamos mucha cola nunca, no esperamos más de 40 minutos, y un par de veces lo pillamos sin cola, depende por supuesto de la hora del día, después de la cena está más abarrotado. Además, está al lado de la estación de tren y bus, unos 10 minutos, genial para moverte si vas a hacer excursiones o si sales pronto al irte. En resumen, nos encantó!Show More

Access to convenience stores was alright as they are located around the station area. The staff were friendly and professional. I like that there were hot and cold water dispenser area with tea at the reception area. Beyond the reception area, it is strictly no shoes policy which was fine for us. The hotel room was standard though serviceable. There wasn't a bathtub in our room but there were public and private onsen at the top floor of the hotel. We enjoyed the onsen experience there. There was an interesting benefit for guest in this hotel. From 9:30PM to 10:30PM guests can have a small bowl of ramen at the first floor. During our stay the area was almost fully occupied by 9:50PM. We enjoyed the small bowl of ramen. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent with small selection of continental and a larger selection of local dishes.Show More

Unser Highlight war der Onsen mit Blick über die Stadt den wir zwei Mal täglich nutzten. Einmal hatten wir auch die Möglichkeit den privaten Onsen zu benutzen was auch ein tolles Erlebnis war. Das gratis Eis war eine super Abkühlung nach dem Onsenbesuch. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.Show More
