There were to many things not working that made us decide to leave. The menues were old and incorrect, the pool and pool area was very dirty, the wifi was bad and we could not pay with our credit card...There were to many things not working that made us decide to leave. The menues were old and incorrect, the pool and pool area was very dirty, the wifi was bad and we could not pay with our credit card. They told us about all the different breakfast they had but they did not tell us we had to pay extra for almost everything. We tried to use the canoe but the path down was to risky and the canoe did not look safe. They wanted us to pay 500.000 rupies and go on a city tour when all we wanted was to go down to the beach as their website said they could arrange for free. Thats why we decide to leave them as soon as we could, we had booked three night but left Afternoon one! I am sorry about all of this as their resort could have been a paradise and it made us so disapointed it was a wreck! Do not blame the staff, they for sure did the best they could do under the circumstancesShow More
