The Tanoa looked after our group of 44 people with professionalism and excellence from the first email regarding quotes to receiving us for an early arrival. The second visit for one night due to an itinerary change I emailed later on the eve of our return asking for a early check in at 11am on arriving, the rooms were ready so we could check straight in and all with a smile and welcoming. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation higher for their flexibility to work with so many people. Exceptional service. The restaurant food is lovely, most of our party loved the pizzas. There are renovations being completed, however it doesn’t affect the stay. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, the gardens and pathways to each accommodation blocks are really lovely. Great place for families and groups. Special mention to Queen, Queenie, Noa and Kajol. Thanks so very much for making our stay so easy. The early book in was just astounding service.Show More

Thank you Mr Daniel General manager of the hotel giving me opportunity to come and experience this new look of Tanoa Also to Ms Aggie A heartfelt thank you to the exceptional restaurant team — Mela, Filimoni, Kuini, Tuluke(chef), and Manvick — for their outstanding service and genuine hospitality. Every detail was handled with such care and professionalism. The pizza was perfectly prepared, and the tropical fruit was simply delightful — so refreshing and ideal for this warm weather. Tanoa’s commitment to excellence and heartfelt hospitality truly sets it apart. The entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the Tanoa family. This morning 01/11/2025, I was going to drop my sister at the airport when a tanoa worker was coming ...I am a regular customer of Tanoa International. I always was welcomed and really liked the place. This morning 01/11/2025, I was going to drop my sister at the airport when a tanoa worker was coming rushing to me. He was explained by my sister that I will come back after dropping her. She didn't accompany me to the parking area because of her hurt ankle. As I picked her and came to the gate, the security stopped us to our surprise. He told us to turn back. Then the male receptionist came running. We questioned him and he said you didn't tell us. We asked why should we tell you all the time. We will inform when we will check out. It was an humiliating experience because the receptionist kept repeating that he was not informed. I informed the manager when I returned and he apologized but I didn't feel good. I am very upset.Show More

One staff member in particular, Saiasi, made my stay outstanding. He was working almost every day and took the time to learn exactly how I like my coffee. Every morning he greeted me with a smile, remembered my order perfectly, and always made sure I had anything I needed. His consistency and attention to detail truly made a difference during a busy work trip. The hotel itself was comfortable and convenient, but the level of service from staff like Saiasi is what really stood out. Highly recommend for business travellers.Show More
