The reception team and manager Habib tried to do everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Even though they were very limited in tools to do this because the hotel needs renovation. The location is also great - close proximity to Covent Garden, British Museum, underground station and many buses around.Show More

The hotel offers, if you book early, really affordable single-bed rooms to lone travellers. This is what makes it special. The rooms have proper windows, are high-ceiling, there's room to move in them, have a proper well-kept bathroom, and so on. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent. It was the best - in all respects - hotel I have stayed in in London. I hope they keep with their early booking offers so that I can return.Show More
