But the affiliated restaurant Tavern on Rush has probably the worst service because they only serve you if you are "rich looking" and not there for the free breakfast. The breakfast experience was the worst I've had at any Hyatt property. The front desk staff at the restaurant was nonchalant. Didn't ask us our preference and seated us at the worst seat possible. But when other richer looking white guests arrived she seated them further away at much better seats. The whole restaurant was very empty and she chose to give us the worst table possible. Later she had the door stayed open which led in cold breeze. When we asked her if she could close the door, she didn't even say sorry or show any sign of sympathy. She symply turned around to shut the door and walked away, not even looking at us once. The server was nowhere to be found the whole time. We sat there for 10 minutes and he didn't even come to fill the water or take orders. Another server helped him do all this while he was just waking around doing nothing. Then not even halfway into the meal he showed up with a check already, deliberately put it right on top of my phone, not even part of it, fully covering my phone. Then after the meal we noticed the check even has a 20% service fee, outside of the gratuity he was already given by the Globalist free breakfast program. Although I don't need to pay for any of this, this fee is just absolutely nonsense, especially since he did not serve us at all! Oh lastly, the food was blant and mediocre to be very honest. It's good quality looking but was not worth the price at all.Show More

My room was fantastic! The view was top-notch, and I was impressed with how spacious the junior suite was. The bed was comfortable, with nice bedding and pillows. The room was located at the end of the hall and very quiet, although I feel like a room closer to the elevators would be less quiet. The bathroom was well-appointed, and I appreciated the soaking tub in addition to the typical shower in most hotel bathrooms. The hot water was extremely hot (use caution when touching the faucet after turning on the hot water!). The lighting in the room was soft and calming. Would be thrilled to stay here again. I especially want to highlight Myron, who was absolutely amazing—so helpful, courteous, and professional. He assisted me with my luggage and always greeted me with kindness, which truly made my experience even better.
