We stayed at the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade for three nights before a cruise. I had booked an Executive Suite with Balcony through Amex Platinum, but at check-in, I was updated to a Signature Suite. How...We stayed at the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade for three nights before a cruise. I had booked an Executive Suite with Balcony through Amex Platinum, but at check-in, I was updated to a Signature Suite. However, the air conditioning did not work in the living room of the Suite. Their maintenance staff could not correct the problem, so we were moved to an Executive suite with Balcony. Although we were only in the Signature Suite for a few hours I will add that it was nicely newly redecorated but had a very awkward layout. There was no space in closet or bedroom for luggage. Luggage remained in the suites foyer. Although the Executive suite was not recently redecorated, I found it very tasteful, well maintained, and very clean. It actually felt much larger than the Signature suite. I must caution that the location of these suites on the front corners of the building does subject you to noise from the street.. Breakfast was very good with excellent service. The location of the hotel is ideal as other reviews have stated. Although the Tivoli is not the newest or most elegant hotel in Lisbon, the location and most certainly the professionalism of the staff makes it highly recommended.Show More

The events team, the concierge an...I had the job to host a corporate event in Lisbon and we were almost 40 individuals that spent 3 nights at the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Hotel. And it was all AMAZING. The events team, the concierge and Spa teams were just fabulous. We did not have to worry about anything but were so well taken care of during our stay, we did not want to leave. The communication beforehand was excellent, transparent and quick and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the main street and close to many fab restaurants. The atmosphere was so lovely, even just sitting in the lobby for a drink was relaxing. The rooms were fab, amazing bathroom. Very clean and the service was excellent. Best Spa I have ever been to. The rooftop bar is amazing with the best view. Value was 100% worth what we paid. Even though it is so big and so centrally located, the noise level was minimal. I would suggest to everyone to go there and stay. I will be going back privately for sure!Show More

It is very near the metro station too. The check in process was very smooth, and we were very satisfied with the room: it was roomy, well kept, modern, clean, and very comfortable. The amenities in the room were very luxurious and generous, we had welcome fruits, daily water refills, and very good quality slippers too. We had a piece of chocolate at the bedside each night, which we thought was a very nice touch. I also particularly enjoyed using the hotel gym on each night that I stayed there - the equipment were easy to use, functioned very well, and the very latest / up to date models. They had a trainer there too, a boxing section, and apples / ample water were available too. I enjoyed staying in this hotel a lot, and would love to return one day.Show More

Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be informed that my room had been upgraded to the best suite in the hotel. The suite was ridiculously luxurious. I realise that this isn’t the typical stay for a traveller here, but it was unlike anything I’ve experienced in a hotel before. There was space for a full private staff, but it was all mine for a couple of days. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant and bar were great. The food and drinks were high quality, and there is a beautiful ocean view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly from check-in to departure. All in all, an excellent experience that I can recommend for both leisure stays and business trips.Show More
