In Tivoli hotel ,the whole staff are customers focused and having high sense of humour welling to serve with a big smile & it's not a fake smile yet it's from the heart. They all passionate to serve. Special thanks to Alfredo , Angela & Omar from reception. The breakfast staff were really amazing with quality & variety of good food. They made our meals unforgettable specially for my little grand daughter, she was treated exceptionally. Also not to forget the luggage men Rajab & Patric for their extended help. In simple word every thing was amazingShow More
