Positives The breakfast was definitely a highlight, offering a wide variety to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist, which we truly appreciated. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Kinshicho Station, as well as plenty of nearby restaurants and shopping areas, One of the biggest advantages was being part of the Good Neighbours group, which meant we could travel to DisneySea and Disneyland for free, a fantastic perk for anyone planning to visit the parks. While we didn’t use the airport transfer service, it’s good to know that it’s available for a fee if needed. Downsides: Unfortunately, the building itself is showing its age. It needs a facelift, with an old design that would really benefit from refurbishment.The cleaning standards were disappointing, as our room was not cleaned properly throughout our six-day stay. Additionally, after staying in other hotels in Japan with more modern facilities, the toilets truly felt outdated. We stayed in a quadruple room but still felt no much room for the three adults and a 12 Year old. Overall, for the amount of money we paid, we expected a better experience.With updates and improved housekeeping, this hotel has the potential to be much more enjoyable, especially given its great location and helpful staff. ---Show More

الفندق كبير وجميل اللوبي يفتح النفس اول ماتدخل الغرفة كنا 3 اشخاص كفتنا مع الشنط (3 كبيرة و3 صغار) ضيق شوي لكن فيه مجال، فيها ثلاجة وغلاية لكن المايكرويف خارج الغرفة مشترك في الدور الثاني الطاقم كان ...الفندق كبير وجميل اللوبي يفتح النفس اول ماتدخل الغرفة كنا 3 اشخاص كفتنا مع الشنط (3 كبيرة و3 صغار) ضيق شوي لكن فيه مجال، فيها ثلاجة وغلاية لكن المايكرويف خارج الغرفة مشترك في الدور الثاني الطاقم كان ممتاز وبعضهم يتكلمون انقليزي فقدرنا نتفاهم معاهم بسهولة، وصارت معانا مشكلة مع البطاقة وكانوا متعاونين ومتفهمين ساعدونا مايطلعون اللقج انت تطلعها بنفسك بس ماهي مشكلة كبيرة الحمام فيه bidet والغرفة كانت نظيفة ويدخلون ينظفون كل يوم حتى لو ماقلت لهم فالافضل تنبههم لو ماتبغى ينظفونها عندهم ايضًا خدمة نقل الشنط من فندق للثاني بسعر جيد وايضًا عندهم خدمة نقل من والى المطارات مع الليموزين باص المنطقة اللي حوله جميلة ورايقة قريب منها 7 eleven و lawson وفيه محلات على طول الشارع المقابل ومحطتين قطار قريبة (10 دقايق مشي تقريبًا) توصلك لاغلب مناطق المدينة عندهم بوفيه فطور وخدمة غسيل ملابس لكن ماجربناهم بالنسبة لنا كانت اقامة جيدة ومريحة، الجدران خفيفة لكن كان هدوء مافي ازعاج حولنا كثيرShow More

We had a slightly bigger bed this time and was more comfortable then last time. Convenient 2nd floor exit so you can skip the lobby and head straight into the shopping centre on that floor train station is supper close and has rapid JO line to Narita airport Metro station is right next door too Purple Z line. Used the Disney shuttle bus service provided to Disney Tokyo - this can be booked appox 1 month out from your dates on the hotels direct website - this was a handy feature to have then to battle the train on an early week day. Doki is right across the road as well as a 7/11 and lawson , family mart is on the entry/exit on floor 2.Show More
