We had a very early flight arrival so were able to take advantage of early check in at 12pm for a reasonable cost, which was fantastic. We also chose this hotel because of the washing/drying facilities in the room, this was great and so helpful. Timings depended on weight load so we washed little and often. All toiletries were provided, at reception you could also access hairbrushes, cotton wool, shower caps, razors and shave cream, toning lotion and even hair ties. Hotel were very helpful with onward luggage forwarding (2 different options) as well as receiving our luggage back, placing it in our room for us upon check in. We returned back to Tokyo at the end of our trip and stayed again at this hotel we'd been so happy.Show More

The location was convenient. Its about a 12 minute walk from shibuya station. There is a commuter train station 3 mins away but that train is not as frequent and a long walk inside shibuya station. We typically just walked back from shibuya rather than bothering with the commuter train. The washing machine in the room was a lifesaver. The staff was extremely helpful and accomodating. They provided luggage storage and helped us book a taxi to the airport.Show More

I notified them before my check in and received a prompt and empathic response. I was able to switch to an accessible room early and they helped me locate a nearby hospital. They also let me borrow crutches which was incredibly helpful. During the entirety of my stay, I felt supported by the staff and it was very comforting since I was traveling away from home. The hotel was also very clean and offered a comfortable space for coffee and other drinks. I loved the location since the hotel has a market across the street and lots of restaurants just a few steps away. It is also a very close to lots of big shopping areas and restaurants including the Shibuya Scramble area.Show More

There is a grocery store directly across the street, a Family Mart a couple of minutes away, and several restaurants nearby. The room was compact but contained all necessary facilities for a longer stay, including a kitchenette and a washer / dryer. It was well maintained, quiet and extremely clean. Free coffee was offered in the lobby. The staff were very helpful in transferring our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again as it was a great base for exploring the city!Show More
