I paid over $400 to spend one night in a room by the elevator with a view of the train track directly outside my window blocking any kind ...This hotel is extremely expensive for an average experience. I paid over $400 to spend one night in a room by the elevator with a view of the train track directly outside my window blocking any kind of view if there was one. The room itself was updated, seeing other reviews here I feel like I dodged a bullet, the location of the room was terrible but the room was updated and clean. They also seem to prioritize silence and have signage on the floors asking people to be quiet. The hotel offers little amenities, their only restaurant looks like a food court, but the food is good but expensive. They have a small pool and small gym, other than that there is not much to do at the hotel or near by. I had trouble finding the entrance but eventually did by taking the parking garage elevator up to the top and walking across their parking lot. It was strange and not "near" the airport terminal as I assumed, more across the street and up the parking garage elevator.Show More

It is one of the more affordable hotels in the airport area with underground parking and a free shuttle. Currently there are renovations taking place. It did not bother us. Previously when we stayed over a weekend a sports team was very noisy and annoying. Late check out until 2 pm was appreciated. Certainly hope renovations will include higher toilets in the bathrooms. Good value for 1 night with 2 weeks indoor parking.Show More

マリオットというブランドに期待して宿泊しましたが、設備・清掃・シャトルバスのドライバーの態度など、すべてにおいて失望しました。まず、客室の清掃が行き届いておらず、コンディショナーはほとんど空。何度もポンプを押しても1回分にも満たない量しか出ず、同行者は自前のコンディショナーをわざわざスーツケースから取り出す羽目になりました。また、バスルームの扉の建て付けが悪く、成人男性が10分以上格闘しても開...マリオットというブランドに期待して宿泊しましたが、設備・清掃・シャトルバスのドライバーの態度など、すべてにおいて失望しました。まず、客室の清掃が行き届いておらず、コンディショナーはほとんど空。何度もポンプを押しても1回分にも満たない量しか出ず、同行者は自前のコンディショナーをわざわざスーツケースから取り出す羽目になりました。また、バスルームの扉の建て付けが悪く、成人男性が10分以上格闘しても開かないレベル。最終的には反対側からドアノブを捻って、体当たりしてようやく開きました。さらに、部屋には水も歯ブラシもなく、アメニティがほぼ皆無。空港近くの格安ホテルと比べても、むしろサービスの質は劣っていると感じました。二度と泊まりません。 I stayed at this hotel expecting the quality that comes with the Marriott brand, but I was disappointed on almost every level: facilities, cleanliness, and even the attitude of the airport shuttle driver. First, the room was not properly cleaned. The conditioner bottle was nearly empty — I had to press the pump five times and still couldn’t get a full portion. One of my companions had to dig their own conditioner out of their luggage because of this. The bathroom door was also a disaster. It was so badly fitted that even an adult male couldn’t open it for over 10 minutes. In the end, we had to twist the doorknob from the other side and shoulder-tackle it open. There was no complimentary water, no toothbrushes, and almost no amenities at all. Even budget hotels near the airport offer better basics. The only positive point was the gentleman at the front desk — he was polite and professional. But overall, I will never stay here again.Show More
