I was served by Kevin who immediately assisted and looked to resolve the issue. The room I had booked was not available on that day but others were. He could have given me a lesser room than the I'd paid for. I was desperate and short on time and would have accepted that without question. But without being asked to do so, he went and spoke to the manager and came back saying he was able to give me a better room for the same price. I was given a Skybox Suite - 2 storeys with views of the stadium. It was a fantastic room. It was a shame I was only there for one night. All I had to do was speak to booking.com and have them amend the date of my stay which they did. I was also helped by a girl (name started with A, similar to Anthia or Athina). She allowed me to call with the hotel phone and was very patient, understanding and helpful. I can't recommend them enough for how I was dealt with. The server in the bar area was also incredibly friendly. I wasn't a huge fan of the breakfast but only because I prefer English style over american/canadian style. Otherwise a perfect stay. Would absolutely stay here again.Show More

At $800 a night, our expectations were over the top. We have been really disappointed - the food from room service was old and cold and missing items ordered - the wi-fi didn’t work in the room - and important tv channels didn’t connect. For that amount of money, we expected close to perfection - sadly, that’s not what we were delivered. The interior of the room was bizarre at best - wasn’t even close to what was shown online. Agreed that the Marriott was attached to the Rogers Centre for the baseball game - but that was the only good thing about the room. Not again.Show More
