Google showed a pool at this property ( and they were aware) but no pool. The WiFi was horrible which made the TV useless. Good - Generally fine as it’s a Travelodge Bad - No customer service, staff were very rude. Bedding sheets and towels were dirty when we checked in, we asked for them to be changed, the woman on the ...Good - Generally fine as it’s a Travelodge Bad - No customer service, staff were very rude. Bedding sheets and towels were dirty when we checked in, we asked for them to be changed, the woman on the front desk smirked at us and said it would take 20mins. When we went back up to the room all they had done was remake the bed, and then argued with us that they had changed it. The stains were very specific and we had photos but still it took us getting the manager to come to the room to finally get us clean sheets and towels. Aircon doesn’t really do anything so the room was like a sauna at night (stayed in April). Show More
