Machine à café non nettoyé et ayant un insecte mort à l’intérieur, ça été immédiatement remplacer par un appareil neuf. il manquait des serviettes et nous les avons eu rapidement. Le déjeuner était minimal mais convenable et une attention à la propreté par le personnel. La piscine était belle et propre. Point négatif= le ménage de la chambre au quotidien, était que de laver le plancher pour que ça sente bon. La literie n est pas changé pour nos 3 nuits, je n ai pas demandé de la changer dans une optique d environnement. Le câble est pas très fort donc la télé n est pas à son meilleur, mais bon on était là pour visiter. Le wifi est minimal mais,pour les email , c est bon….demander un dépôt de 100$ sur carte de crédit ou 300$ sur débit sans prévenir et l annoncer dans notre transaction, aurait sûrement fait un autre choix d hôtel, ce n est pas un 4 ou 5 étoile avec un bar dans la chambre…donc afin d assurer mes arrières, j’ai filmé la chambre avec son contenu, les bris à mon arrivée et à mon départ car le dépôt est supposé être retourner de 3 à 5jours après notre départ….ca c est un irritant….de plus, à notre jour de départ, le système de climatisation coulait sur le sol, j ai essuyé le tout et fermé le système pour ne briser quoique se soit et j’ai avisé la réception, c était la chambre 121… En conclusion, pour le prix, c était convenable mais la prochaine fois, je mettrai un petit 50$ pour aller ailleur.Show More

Good point: near to the fall and the overall room look clean , old broken but clean. We rent a 3 beds room for a party of 5 and they provide 2 towels. We need to ask for more. The air conditioning unit is super noisy and run all night long so if you have difficulty with noise then you will have trouble sleeping. The unit also leak water all around the floor near the wall inside de room. The room over us probably mess with water because there is bubble of water under the pain in the bathroom wall. It seems that some people live there year-round, and there are often barking dogs. They smoke in the stair near to my room. The online pictures suggest a hotel, but it feels more like a budget motel because they have hotel style rooms in front but outside multiple door motel style room. The outdoor stairs are broken and dirty, and the large garbage bins outside are often full and have a strong odor. The room was acceptable, and the bed appeared clean. However, the mattress was larger than the bed frame, making it feel unstable when you turned over. There was a noticeable smell of cigarettes in the main building. Two rooms were marked for drinks and ice, but the signs on the doors indicated they were out of order. Breakfast was included from 7 to 10 am, but by 8:30 am, many items were depleted. There was no milk for cereal, no syrup for unfrozen waffles, no juice, no water except for some room-temperature bottled water on the second day. The coffee was cold and bitter. Show More

There’s red ants everywhere sometimes even on the bed (not bed bugs I swear). Room service is only after every 2 days of staying. Room service is only after every 2 days of staying. Poor service at the front desk and everything you will need to pay for like fridge and microwave- even those are not clean. The coffee maker in the room is dirty. Actual building needs work, stairs are broken and there is only one indoor elevator, hallways are super smelly. Whenever you try calling for something they don’t pick up. Tv did not work. One good thing is that they give you towels (I guess that’s a plus). It’s a little far from the falls so you need to pay at least 25$ parking everyday, $10 for hotel and $15 for falls. If you’re looking to wash your clothes, too bad you have to find yourself coin laundry. I didn’t have fun in the hotel but maybe you can. 👍 Show More

The furnitures did not match at all, it was an ugly set up. No microwave in the rooms, they had one in the lobby which you had to leave your room to warm up your food and share with strangers.The breakfast was barely okay, didn't even have any water. The staff were okay, I didn’t have any problem with them, it was a simple check-in and out. The hallways smelt like old grease. The hotel needs a major renovation. For the price it was not worth it at all. Would not recommend. Only convenient was that it was a few miles away from the falls. The indoor pool was clean but no towels.Show More
