This made things so much easier. Thought was put into the lobby layout and design. It was appealing and easy to navigate. I noticed people enjoying takeout in the lobby. Folks don't feel like they have to hide away in their rooms. The space promoted socialization, and it also provided areas to work or be quiet. It was comfortable. The 24-hour tea, coffee, and hot water were excellent and so well appreciated. It was kept fresh and well stocked. Staff were friendly, engaging, and helpful. After spending time in several other hotels, some staff didn't even speak to us.Show More
