Staying at Trump International this past week has ruined me from ever wanting to ever stay anywhere else in Las Vegas, and in fact, has me wanting to come back to Vegas specifically so I can stay here again! The hotel is absolutely THE BEST from the time you pull up in front of it — every aspect of the hotel is just luxurious. I’ve never stayed in as nice a hotel room — it was so spacious with huge windows, and I had the most incredible views!! I could go on and on about how beautiful the hotel was, but that’s not what I loved about it. The most incredible thing about Trump International Hotel is that you’ll experience the friendliest vibe among staff and guests. They were kind and courteous and happy and friendly, and treated us as though we were family who they were so excited to host. It was just a very down to earth vibe that made us feel so welcome!! I wish I could give a shout out to specific staff members, but honestly, I don’t know how I would pick them out because it was an across the board stellar staff — they seemed truly happy that we were their guests and treated us as such. Although this is a five star luxury hotel, there was not the stuffiness that sometimes goes along with such a luxurious place. I’ve stayed at five star hotels where I felt like I didn’t measure up to the level of clientele they wanted, and felt a little out of place. You won’t feel that at all at Trump international. They honestly seemed like they valued all guests with the same level of friendliness and helpfulness whether they were in sequins & heels or jeans & sneakers. I wish there were better words to explain the vibe of this place, but all I can say is if you get to stay here, I’m so jealous! I literally can’t wait to come back. 5/10 Meh!
For a hotel with the Trump reputation, I expected something more. The room was fine & the view was good, but over the same period, we stayed in better rooms at a fraction of the price.

8/10 Comfortable but not impressive
Over all great! The door bell didn’t work, many of the outlets are worn out and had trouble keeping something plugged in. The curtains are difficult to close because the are both inaccessible because of furniture in the way as well as not smooth. The view and comfort is great, but everything is a bit dated. I’d suggest giving this place some modernization. Oh the bedroom TV didn’t work, and the other one wasn’t very useful either. We ended up just using our laptop for Netflix. We could t even cast our screen to the TV’s which is a fairly standard feature on most TV’s. These TV’s must have been at least 10-15 years old.

4/10 Cold Showers, Poor Service
Our showers (both rooms 5226 and 5222) broke on the 3rd day and would only run cold. After multiple complaints at reception and follow up emails I never got another hot shower or email response from anyone. Very disappointed we spent $6k+ to wake up to cold showers for 5 days.
Most disappointing was after making a written complaint via email (as nothing was done at reception) to multiple email addresses including the manager David Li, still no one has responded!
It seems once they have your $6k the service stops there.

10/10 Very nice, clean hotel with great staff and amenities
Very clean rooms and the entire hotel in general. There was always someone cleaning and dusting. Staff were amazing and the rooms were beautiful. There’s no casino in the hotel but I preferred not having random people walking around the building, and it was very easy to taxi to a hotel with a casino.

10/10 The best and most reasonably priced five star hotel in Vegas
I stayed at the Trump hotel several times in the past and the furniture and rooms were getting a little bit dated, they have just finished a massive remodel everything is brand new new furniture new carpeting new bedding this place is outstanding. We booked a 500 square foot one bedroom for $132 on TripAdvisor, and were able to upgrade to a one-bedroom suite for an extra $50, that is the way to go there again this should be number one on TripAdvisor

10/10 Luxurious, quiet and relaxing
The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. We loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. All the staff we interacted with were very courteous and professional although the male concierge staff was somewhat dismissive when I tried to ask a question, that was the only odd interaction. Everyone else, housekeeping, registration, security, dining, valet and gift shop staff were amazing! Food in the restaurant was wonderful. We will continue to book here for all Vegas stays.

The experience was very bad. The next morning after we checked in, we drove out to play. When the parking attendant drove out, the rearview mirror was scratched. We didn't notice it at first, and the parking attendant didn't tell me. When we were about to tip the parking driver, he ran away quickly. At that time, I thought they might not want tips. Now thinking back, it might be to evade responsibility. Very bad

10/10 Excellent hotel.
Prompt, professional, and helpful staff. Super clean room.
My purpose for my stay purpose was business, so I like that there was no casino on the premises. No dragging your suitcase through the gambling house. No smoking. The store was open extended hours. This was my first stay at the Trump International in Vegas, but it will be my go-to hotel for this city going forth.

10/10 Amazing hotel
This is the best deal on the Las Vegas strip, all the furnishings in the hotel have been replaced within the last couple of months. we were upgraded to a suite, had an amazing time. We had breakfast several times at the restaurant downstairs was pretty good. Whether you love him or hate him this is the best deal going.

10/10 Loved our stay!
The rooms are very spacious, my daughter and I shared a two bed room and there was ample space. The room amenities are great and were restocked daily and everything was very clean.

it is very over priced and the service was not good - slow and really quite unfriendly. in a town with a lot of options i would skip this hotel. i also found the location was not to my liking close to a busy road. the pool was pretty average and small for the size of the hotel

10/10 Best possible choice if not a gambler.
Easy to find our room, didn’t have to follow a maze of signs and elevators thru smoky casinos, no casino is a bonus, free coffee and water in the room. Very quiet and comfortable room. Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. We will be back.
