We were told they would get back to us the next day for another room but no response until we checked out. The room wall is fake wall, so it's super thin and you can hear the noise from across the room, the floor is even more interesting! It vibrates when there's people running about not in our room~~, Musky room smell, 2 insect flying about inside.. So we were downgraded right fine, they put us at the end of the hallway where there's construction on the pipeline in the middle of the hallway, the floor is all wet from their construction! Seriously ridiculous We ordered grab food, but the same staff that lied was rude just keep saying over the counter to collect, but upon looking where she point it was another reception to check in... what the heck? We went the the general direction she point to find it on the other side of the hall Really subpar services which represents the face of the hotel Mind you my wife is thai and she speak thai to her, so there's no miscommunication The only good thing is the lobby its beautiful, everything else is 👎Show More

I arrived, checked in and realised I left my small rucksack, containing all my travel documents, ...As a solo female traveler I chose this hotel for the affordability the safe reviews and it’s location. I arrived, checked in and realised I left my small rucksack, containing all my travel documents, my purse, ipad and my passport in the taxi I took from the airport. Staff at reception were able to call airport lost property for me, and guide me to the local police station with a cctv photo of the taxis license plate which they gave me. The Thai police were able to contact the taxi driver who delivered my rucksack back to the hotel in an hour. Thank you twin towers hotel your service is amazing and I enjoyed my 9 nights with you. Your staff made me feel valued and safe.Show More
