Checked in a bit early 12:00 to be told room not ready. That's fine and was asked to wait. Had a walk around getting our bearings. Returned 1.5hrs later all good. Returned 1.5hrs later all good. Went to given room and was presented with a twin room with beds pushed together. Paid for a double and asked for what paid for. 5 min wait and correct room given. No welcome drink as advertised but so be it. Room was ok but plastic cups for tea and coffee. 2nd day had to ask for the towel change and the bed to be made as room hadn't been cleaned. Breakfast is ok. Had a good view from balcony. Bathroom ok. The gym is a gym in name only. A few light weights and some cardio. There must be new owners as there is no way that an excellent review can be given on my 5 day experience.Show More
