During the call prior to the presentation, I was never asked to make a selection or confirm any particular reward. If there was any confusion regarding the available options — whether it was the gift card and the vacation, or the vacation and the cruise — this should have been clearly explained and verified at the gift services desk. Unfortunately, no clarification or confirmation was provided, and the entire process lacked transparency and professionalism. This organization advertises exceptional customer service, yet my experience has been entirely the opposite. I am deeply disappointed with how poorly this matter has been handled. It is concerning to think how owners are treated, especially when paying for higher membership levels such as “Gold Member” status, only to feel disregarded and undervalued. When concerns are raised, the response that “everything is finalized” is simply unacceptable and reflects a lack of accountability. Since all calls are recorded and monitored, I had ask that they be review to confirm that I never selected or verified any of the supposed rewards. This experience has been misleading, frustrating, and unprofessional. As a result, I intend to pursue the necessary steps to terminate the timeshare agreement, as this entire situation has been a complete waste of time, money, and trust. -KEISHA I would strongly advise anyone to avoid going through what I have experienced with this company. They provide false narratives, misleading information, and operate with little to no transparency. What was presented as a trustworthy opportunity quickly revealed itself to be a total scam. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and accountability is deeply disappointing. This company prioritizes sales over integrity, leaving customers frustrated and misled. We stayed in Building 19, Room 1703A/B and had a wonderful experience. Set expectations realistically. This is a timeshare resort, not an all-inclusive. Think family-friendly Airbnb rather than full room service. Attending the timeshare presentation is mandatory, but not a big deal. Since Vacation Village was recently acquired by an exchange company, they offered generous incentives when we picked up our parking pass: discounted multi-day park tickets, a $120 Visa card, and a 7-day Odenza vacation certificate. The presentation itself is a breakfast meeting with croissants, fruit, coffee and juice. The team I met, including Christian from Brazil, his manager Juan, and an Italian closer whose name I can’t recall, were professional and not pushy. They promised 90 minutes and finished in 86. Their product wasn’t for me, but it was worth attending for the incentives. Pros: Warm, helpful staff who are quick with supplies like detergent and garbage bags. Jay is especially memorable. Excellent family-friendly amenities: multiple pools, outdoor exercise areas and a full activity schedule. Great location within 30 minutes of major parks, with a CVS right outside. Spacious, clean rooms with strong Wi-Fi, good appliances, reliable AC/heat and ample parking. Cons: The property is large, so a car helps if you’re in the back. A few minor room issues: dusty bedroom side tables and a shower curtain that was too short. Furniture is a bit dated, though better than some photos suggest.Show More

From the moment we arrived, we encountered serious issues with the access cards provided for both the building and our room. The first key card did not work, and the second one also failed shortly after. It took approximately four hours to solve the situation, during which we had to move around the property with a tired child and heavy luggage, causing significant stress and discomfort. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. A few days later, the third key card suddenly stopped working, leaving us locked out of the building late at night. When we sought assistance, the receptionist informed us that the cards tend to stop working after a week — a fact that had never been communicated to us beforehand. To make matters worse, the customer service we received throughout these incidents was far from satisfactory. Staff members showed little empathy or urgency in resolving the issues, and we felt unsupported during a very stressful time. The lack of proactive help and clear communication only increase our frustration. Additionally, the approach taken by your timeshare sales representatives was extremely aggressive and poorly timed. Being approached immediately upon arrival, when we were visibly exhausted from travel, was not only inappropriate but also added to the negative impression of our stay. We were told it would be a simple 30-minute tour of the property in exchange for a $140 gift card. No one mentioned the word “timeshare.” We were led to believe it was just a quick walkthrough. When we arrived, it became obvious that this was not what had been described. The “30 minutes” quickly became two stressful hours with four different salespeople tag-teaming to pressure us into purchasing something we had no interest in. I must have said “no” more than twenty times. Instead of respecting that, they made comments implying they felt sorry for me for not buying—an incredibly rude and unprofessional thing to say to any guest, let alone someone on their honeymoon. Some of the ideas presented were interesting, but the tactic of pushing people to make a major financial decision on the spot, without time to think or research, is unacceptable. Being made to feel stupid for declining was the icing on the cake. If the resort wants to improve the guest experience, the first step is to stop misleading people and stop using predatory sales tactics. It left a very negative impression during what should have been a relaxing and special trip.Show More
