The hotel was in a good location in Little India, with a 10-minute walk to either Lavender or Jalan Besar MRT. We booked a room with the club experience which was exceptionally good value with breakfa...The hotel was in a good location in Little India, with a 10-minute walk to either Lavender or Jalan Besar MRT. We booked a room with the club experience which was exceptionally good value with breakfast and afternoon nibbles and drinks included. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but staff were quick to address and resolve them. The room itself - a deluxe executive - was generally quiet, being at the rear of the building, apart from being next to the service lift which noisy. The room was small (pretty standard in Singapore, I believe) and an odd, elongated shape and the fact that every square centimetre had something crammed into it or onto it added to the cramped feeling. I would strongly recommend some de-cluttering, although I understand that, to some, this is part of its charm. All the staff were wonderful and all up they made our stay very enjoyable. I would stay here again, albeit in a different room not next to a lift.Show More

I had forgotten to dry clean my suit before an important meeting, and Gabriel at the reception went above and beyond to save the day. He arranged for my suit to be dry cleaned in no time, with professionalism and genuine care. Thanks to him, I could attend my meeting perfectly prepared. It’s rare to experience this level of personalized service, and Gabriel’s dedication really left a lasting impression. Combine that with the beautiful interiors and overall comfort of the hotel, and I can say The Vagabond Club exceeded my expectations.Show More

I wish to mention Arienne/Arianne (my apologies for not getting the spelling right) from the front desk. During check-in, I witnessed an extremely unpleasant and rude man shouting at her and being very confrontational and condescending. Despite that, she maintained her professionalism and politeness throughout the whole duration. Arienne/Arianne deserves all the recognition for her performance that day.Show More
