The apartment was very nice and clean, we had a great stay. Communication may be difficult at times but I was able to get a hold of someone eventually and they answered all my questions. Location was great. Condo and amenities were good. Check in process is not the best. The people at the building can do nothing to help you as they tell you to contact your host. We couldn’t check in until after 5 which isn’t fun after a day of travels and when you have evening reservations. Our particular condo was not very well equipped at all.
