8.7(11883)5/10 Disappointed so many things that need addressing for the money you charge
Where to begin: Far too busy and complicated to navigate, the swimming pools are poor, not enough sun loungers for the amount of people, only one pool area in Sun during the morning. We counted 45 loungers available for, 4,000 guests in the sun! Ridiculous!!!
Also selling sun loungers is a piss take! People are paying top money to stay. There were days when reserved loungers we not used! And then random people would just use then and not get asked to move like we did one day.
Rooms - I paid to upgrade upon arrival, was told I was getting a room with view of the strip!, I got a building site, the back of Macdonalds and so crap hotel call harrah.
The room is far too dark, you can’t see your stuff!
The shower pressure was really poor! Not even as good as premier inn!
You should also consider never putting couples next to families with babies with a connecting door! Why should I pay to listen to babies crying.
Car Parking - a joke, so many free spaces in the car park every day we stayed, u should offer guests this for free at the price we pay.
Ultimately the hotel is not as good as it should be. Disappointed

10/10 Superb hotel gorgeous suites
The hotel is superb , easy to find we did self parking which was really simple , checking in was efficient & friendly the hotel is huge so be mindful it might take you a few goes to remember directions to your suite , we had a luxury king suite a newly re modelled one , in the south tower, it was like a haven of tranquility after the crazy vibes of vegas , we enjoyed one of the hotel cocktail bars in the hotel , we had room service for breakfast which was superb , the bakery box was delicious, the cream cheese pastry divine , we had a few minor hiccups with our room , but everything was dealt with so quickly and efficiently it didn’t cause any problems , this hotel is fabulous and located in a great position on the strip, the beds super comfy , the bathrooms are amazing and the bath just awsome , enjoyed a lovely soak with a glass after a busy day 🤩

4/10 Stay Elswewhere
Don’t stay here. The hotel is old and tired and massively understaffed. The front desk is a 15+ minute catastrophe any time you need anything. The faux-luxe trappings are worn. Mattresses are terrible. The bedding smells like old smoke. This is not actually a nice hotel, it’s an aging stage-set designed to convince folks who have never actually STAYED in a nice hotel that they’re in one. And apparently the “resort fee” doesn’t cover using the pool (though I can’t confirm this.) The staff in the premium lounge was very nice and room service was good and fast. But that’s the only good thing I can say. Stay at the Flamingo—it’s unpretentious, cleaner and better run. Rooms don’t smell. And just to pre-emptively dismiss the hotel’s reply, I got here at 9pm, I stayed only 2 nights, and my room was a good half-mile from the front dest. I am normally an ask-for-a-new-room gal, but it was just too much and too far at 9:30pm.

6/10 Clean, spatious, yet disappointing hotel management.
Really enjoyed the Venetian but did not enjoy how it felt like the staff were inconvenienced by every need and request. It’s understandable that they are catering to a clientele that can afford the facilities but to say they went above and beyond with customer service would be unfair to the hard earned money it takes people to earn to stay here. When you are in the people business, you can still treat people with dignity and respect and be kind and still maintain the bottom line and keep your ledger full. The Venetian management does not understand these basic necessities of customer service, nor did they leave a favorable impression on myself and others in my group.

10/10 A perfect way to experience Vegas for this e
This is Vegas so all a bit OTT but from arriving and using the valet parking service, check in, room size (enormous!), cleanliness (perfect) to heading up to the pool for lunch and a swim (nice light lunch with a “nothing too much” attitude whether restaurant staff or life guards) there was nothing to irritate only impress. Dinner absolutely delicious at Mott 32, a fun hour or two playing roulette and blackjack where the croupier and dealer couldn’t be more helpful and polite for beginners like us. With 2.5k employees and 30 restaurants it is staggering how they keep standards so high. Very impressive.

6/10 Our stay could have been better.
We initially liked the sound of them giving us a “newly renovated room” which it was, excluding the bathroom. Clearly the entire bathroom was not renovated and needed a touch up. The tub getting in and out was extremely dangerous due to how it is set up it should probably just be changed to a walk in shower. It’s not elder friendly or for anyone who has to brace themselves getting in/out of the tub without the fear of slipping and falling.
Also on our way to and from our room we had to keep walking by a bloody trash bin outside of room 10-520 that was pretty disturbing and a bio-hazard.

5/10 Disappointed.
The hotel property (pools, lobby, walkways, and main interior common areas) were very clean. Our experience with the check-in and check-out process at the Venetian was easy. The hotel's Baggage assistance staff on our departure day were professional and friendly.

10/10 The Venetian: clean, comfortable and worth a stay.
The rooms, including the bathrooms, are clean and well appointed. The amenities were good. The mattresses on the queen beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on in quite some time. Our view from the 24th floor was amazing looking out over the Sphere and Las Vegas as a while. The sheer number of restaurants on the property was amazing. We ate dinner at 3 of them and enjoyed our meals and the service each one. Would definitely consider staying there again in the future. The location is perfect to get around.

10/10 We had the best time expensive but wow, what a holiday will definitely 10/10
We were here for New Year and wow, what a place the staff with just amazing they looked after us I felt like royalty nothing was too much for them. The food was splendid in every way. Shout out to reception staff Marta who the kids loved and she was so entertaining so happy and just generally a very nice lady she helped us out so much on the local area things we could do places to visit and what’s what with the money.
I was always a bit scared about coming here, but it was well worth it

Hello.
We have a reservation for two rooms for two nights, from March 21 to March 23. We traveled from Michigan and L.A. for my friend’s bachelor party. I booked the hotel for him, but we arrived late last night for check-in.
Each room costs approximately $600 per night, but we were not assigned rooms next to each other. Additionally, I originally booked at The Palazzo, but the concierge placed us in The Venetian instead.
The concierge, Kevin, mentioned that he provided an upgrade, but we haven’t received any noticeable benefits.

10/10 Excellent hotel with plenty of amenities and nice pools, great resort for the family
The resort was excellent, we were upgraded to the room with balcony which was a wonderful experience for kids.
The issue we had was the delay with the luggage upon arrival, it took almost 1.5 hours for luggage to come to the room. In addition we had to ask for the bath robes to bring to the room. Usually robes are in the room once checked in.

10/10 We enjoyed our room, the amenities and the convenience of the hotel for our trip needs.
We went to see the Eagles perform at the Sphere and the Venetian has a direct, marked tunnel from the hotel to the Sphere. We upgraded our room to a suite with the Premier package and enjoyed free drinks every afternoon and had a wonderful view of the Sphere from our room.

Perhaps because it's Las Vegas, however we stayed at another Hotel about a quarter mile away and it was half the price. Don't remove any item from the fridge to try and keep a bottle of water or soda cold bc you'll be charged. Just know your going to spend money just like being at a theme park.

We upgraded to a hospitality suite. I previously had a city view for my room. I didn’t realize the suite did not have a view- 3rd floor- and we looked at a concrete wall. We spent $1000+ for the upgrade. Beyond disappointing to not have a view.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The room was quiet. I felt like I was treating myself to luxury. I never left the hotel. All of my needs were met on the property - coffee, shopping, meals, dessert, taking in the beauty of the hotel.
