The rooms are consistently spotless, spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I never worry about noise, cleanliness, or maintenance issues. They get the details right. For anyone who enjoys gaming, this casino delivers one of the best gaming experiences in Vegas. The Venetian offers more table games than anywhere else I’ve found, and I love that they keep a variety of games available. Slot players will appreciate that this is the only casino where I consistently feel the payouts are the best. And with poker rooms disappearing elsewhere, The Venetian continues to offer a poker room second to none, with great action, great tables, and the best atmosphere. The casino floor has that perfect Vegas energy: alive, busy, and fun. Some resorts feel flat or quiet even when they’re not empty. The Venetian is always vibrant and full of people having a great time. The food options are simply unmatched. Other resorts can compete, but none surpass the sheer range and quality here with options from casual to fine dining at every price point and every cuisine. Service is exceptional from the moment you arrive. Baggage handlers, front desk staff, bartenders, dealers, servers, managers, cleaning staff, and more all deliver world-class service. Staff are always prepared to help, and I’ve always been impressed by the professionalism and friendliness. And the shopping? The best on the Strip. It’s not just stores, it’s an experience. For me, The Venetian earns more than five stars. It’s the only resort I would recommend without hesitation, and the one I always look forward to returning to. Spend the extra money! It’s worth every dollar. I promise you’ll miss out if you don’t.Show More

On October 6, I used the offer link to book a two-night stay from November 21–23 to attend the F1 race. I entered my credit card information (even for a complimentary room they require a card for security deposit). At the time of booking, no charges were made and there was no indication that room rates would apply. However, when I checked out on November 23, I was unexpectedly charged $1,150.30 for the room. I went to the front desk and asked why, since my two nights were supposed to be complimentary from the casino. The front desk staff were very rude and told me that because demand was high during that period, the complimentary offer did not apply and I had to pay for the room. This is unreasonable because I had booked the stay almost two months before the race using the complimentary offer, and I am certain that at the time of booking there were no additional room charges shown. In fact, I even had a separate four-night complimentary offer from Fontainebleau for the same period, but I chose to stay at The Venetian for two free nights instead. The front desk told me to contact casino marketing. The casino staff then implied that because I did not gamble enough during my stay, they could not remove the room charges. This condition is not written anywhere in the complimentary room terms. I feel this is very fraudulent — they use the “free room” to lure you in, and then charge you over a thousand dollars for the room when you check out.Show More

Our thanks to Marco, Concierge who helped me with our confusing reservations with Vibee who didn’t send the confirmation until 3 days before our arrival. This necessitated me making a second reservation to be sure we had a room. Marco was very understanding and knowledgable confirming we did, indeed, have our Vibee reservation so I could cancel the other without penalty. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Christopher at the front desk who had our room and VIP lanyard for the show the next day. He congratulated us on our Anniversary and gave us a voucher for two glasses of champagne. He offered a room upgrade for a better view including a Suite close to the elevator since my wife had recent knee surgery. This was very much appreciated. All the hotel staff including the security guards were all friendly and professional. Our Suite was beautiful. There were some issues that I resolved with Aulani the next day who apologized profusely and took care of our resort charges. Again, this was a very appreciated gesture. The convenience of the walkway from the Venetian to the Sphere was great since it was raining on the day of the event. The property is beautiful, and clearly laid out with the adjacent Palazzo and restaurants superb. It had been 20 years since our last visit to Las Vegas, but we look forward to future stays at the Venetian.Show More
