The location is absolutely perfect - tucked away on a picturesque, quiet street, but right off a main road with metro access. It's the perfect neighborhood to wander around in, and very close to the beautiful Places des Vosges. The staff was very friendly, and the room was comfortable and had everything I needed! Felt very safe and comfortable here as a solo, female traveler. The wifi also worked well for me to take some work calls as needed. I especially appreciated the size of the bathroom given that many European bathrooms are usually very small - it was nice to have so much space to lay out toiletries and makeup! Will definitely stay here again.Show More

Even though I wanted to move my stay just one week later and was ready to add an extra room (meaning more business for the hotel), they were absolutely unwilling to help. No flexibility, no customer care, not even a small gesture of understanding.Show More
