This is a three star hotel trying to be a four star. Not happening. Location is great. Five minutes to the MRT and a bus stop with numerous services. A bit harder to get a cab though. Because it share...This is a three star hotel trying to be a four star. Not happening. Location is great. Five minutes to the MRT and a bus stop with numerous services. A bit harder to get a cab though. Because it share its premises with the Landmark Shopping Centre, cabs are hard to get. Reception was exceedingly slow. I think there was a training exercise going on. Eventually given a room on the eleventh floor. Sounds impressive, but NO. Breakfast was hugely overcharged. Basically a Continental with a few European options reluctantly thrown in.. The coffee machine was a disaster. Not in the breakfast room itself but out on the pool deck. They had to have a staff member permanently station at the machine to fix it when it broke down. Which was every five cups save money and find a coffee shop round the corner. There are plenty. This is, I think, a temperance hotel. There is no bar, that I could see. Housekeeping staff were fantastic, nothing too much trouble. Swimming pool is not exclusive for hotel guests. Individuals having lunch were allowed to use the pool lounges for an after lunch siesta which meant guests staying at the hotel had no lounges to use. There was nine lounges that I counted.Show More

Good pool for kids. An afternoon swim was perfect after a hot day of sight seeing. Super close to HOPO bus stop. Easy to get meals and snacks around the hotel. Can get taxi easy from the hotel. Room was good, a little rundown in some spots but could not fault it! We got an upgrade to a suite and which meant a king bed and fold our sofa but fold out sofa was not comfortable for 2 kids to share so we ended up with 1 adult and 2 kids in king bed and 1 adult on sofa bed, so extra space plus another toilet was great but the sleeping options weren’t but we were fine!Show More

We had requested a single king-sized bedroom on the middle floors, but unfortunately, it was not available upon checking in. So we were offered a room with the preferred sized bed on the 17th floor, even though it's meant for smokers. It turns out wonderful! Complimentary parking tickets are issued 2 per day, but we only used 1 for exit upon checking out. Staff are friendly & helpful. This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. The 1st one was with my whole family of 5, around 6 yrs ago. We are impressed that the hotel & rooms are well maintained after all these years. We really enjoyed our stay & will come back again in the near future. Thank you!Show More

Το ποιο συναρπαστικό ήταν ότι την ημέρα του check out μου έπεσε το σκουλαρίκι στο λούκι της μπανιέρας και με βοήθησαν πολύ, το βρήκαν και μου το έδωσαν.
