Checked in slightly early and they debit a $100 a night for incidentals which can be a problem as some banks take 30 days for the refund if a debit card is used or approximately 20 days if you use a credit card. As a Diamond member there are very few benefits and the My Way benefits are not offered unless you give a large deposit and most of the restaurants you can’t use them. They can’t be used for breakfast at the Kitchen restaurant. The rooms are very nice large though and very clean but my room wasn’t serviced once in 2 days and I didn’t have the do not disturb sign on so had to use wet towels which is disappointing but not the end of the world. The only big issue I had was the TV as the picture would break up and freeze and then take 10 minutes to load. The view account would not work. I reported this but even though the engineer may have visited my room when I was out the TV still had the same issues when I checked out which I had to do at the front desk due to the TV not working on the view bill page to check out. I spoke to a nice manager called Tom who was very understanding and offered to credit my Hilton account with 20,000 points for all the issues with the TV on this stay and previous stays and the fact the hotel wouldn’t allow me to spend the Hilton My Way Benefits as I has only left a $400 incidental hold and the hotel wanted $700. I personally however think this is acceptable compensation and if I had not had these issues I would give the hotel 5 stars. I have not been credited the Hilton points yet but no idea how long they take to be credited and I do understand it’s possible that may never happen but that’s life and sometimes things don’t actually happen that was promised which a lot of the time is due to the offer of compensation being overruled by a senior director at the property and you have no choice but to accept it. Some may not like the property not being on the Vegas strip but the rooms are much nicer than many of the big hotels on the center strip. The water pressure in the shower is not good but acceptable and they do have a small shaving mirror. The lights are a bit complicated but I worked out how the switches worked from a previous stay about 3 months ago. My room view however was awful on this occasion but on previous stays my view was excellent. If they fix the issues I detailed in this review then this hotel offers value for money especially when they don’t charge a resort fee on some stays which appears to happen when they have low occupancy which is the case with many Vegas properties at the present time.Show More

The location is ideal. The airport is a quick and inexpensive Uber ride so you skip the usual Strip traffic and construction headaches. It is also pleasantly quiet and does not have all the noise of the Strip. You are still close enough to walk or take a short cab to the Strip when you want it, but there is so much on property that you may not feel the need to leave. Rooms are spacious, spotless, and full of modern flair. Clean lines, bold art, and thoughtful design touches give them a unique personality that feels fresh the second you open the door. The pools are a blast. The sand bottom creates a true beach day vibe, and the cabanas are reasonably priced, unlike most of the Strip. Poolside service is friendly and quick. Dining is where the property really shines. Kassi Beach House brings great food with a fun social energy. Chef Xue is a must. My wife and I are obsessed with the fried tofu. Go for happy hour Sunday through Thursday from 5 pm to 7 pm for 50% off all drinks and 50% off select appetizers. Brunch at Lucia Mexican Grill is another highlight. The bottomless mimosas are $16.99, and the Asian inspired twists on Mexican dishes are creative and delicious. Late night cravings are covered by Pizza Forte, which is open 24/7. Prices across the property are refreshingly sensible. Coffee is $2, which feels like real hospitality in a city where some places charge $14 or more. The spa deserves its own shout out. It is beautiful inside with turquoise tile, arched ceilings, and warm amber lighting. There are cozy alcoves for relaxing and a serene pool area that feels like a private retreat. The staff are warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which elevates the whole experience. Cherry Rewards has seen real improvements as well. It is straightforward and useful, and it gives us another reason to return. We did not make it to ONE Steakhouse or Nobu on this visit, but both are on our list for next time. If you want an easy Las Vegas getaway with cool modern rooms, great food, a gorgeous spa, and prices that make sense, Virgin Las Vegas overdelivers. We are already looking forward to the next stay.Show More

Our story began when we stayed two nights in October at your property and were thrilled by the quality and standard of the room. That wonderful experience led us to book another stay to kick off our Thanksgiving holiday in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, just before checking in, our car was broken into while we stopped at a restaurant. All of our bags, luggage, personal belongings, and family gifts were stolen. Needless to say, this was a devastating way to begin our holiday. Despite the shock, we decided to still check in for a quick shower and refresh before driving back home. When we arrived at the valet area, I ran inside to ask the front desk for tape to cover our broken window. The front desk kindly directed me to the bell service, where I met Aaron. He patiently listened to our story and immediately sought materials to help. Meanwhile, my husband was assisted outside by Mando and Rich. Together, the three of them worked with skill and compassion to tape up our window securely so we could drive home safely. We were deeply touched by their kindness. Mando’s creativity in sealing the window felt like artistry, and the genuine sympathy shown by Aaron, Mando, and Rich restored our faith in humanity during a very difficult moment. Their actions turned a heartbreaking situation into one where we felt supported and cared for. We want to give the biggest shoutout to Aaron, Mando, and Rich. They exemplify not only strong work ethics but also true compassion. This Thanksgiving, they are among the people we are most thankful for. If we ever return to Las Vegas, your hotel will be our only choice because of the humanity and professionalism we experienced. Once again, we are extremely appreciative of your staff and the kindness they showed us. You have truly employed the right people—those who work with both skill and heart. PS: After the window was taped up, we unfortunately had to abandon our booking and drive back home immediately. Sincerely, Harrison and CamShow More
