2/10 Scam Alert – Avoid at all costs!
My experience at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas was nothing short of a nightmare. I was falsely accused of smoking in my room and slapped with a fraudulent $300 charge, even though I do not smoke, have never smoked, and do not even own a lighter or matches.
At checkout? No mention of any issue. No email, no call, nothing. They just quietly added the charge, hoping I wouldn’t notice. But when I did, I immediately reached out. Two separate phone calls later, I was essentially called a liar. The staff claimed they had a "report" proving I smoked, yet when I asked for it, they refused to provide any evidence. Because it doesn’t exist.
This entire situation reeks of a scam. It’s clear they randomly charge guests for "violations" without proof, assuming most people won’t fight it. When I demanded answers, their dismissive and aggressive attitude only made it worse. Instead of hospitality, I was met with gaslighting, rudeness, and a complete refusal to take responsibility.
And let’s talk about their treatment of people in general, not long ago, the hotel staff was literally protesting outside the building because, just like their guests, employees are treated like garbage. After sharing my experience, I heard from multiple Vegas locals that this is a well-known issue with this hotel. This place is rotten from the inside out.
I’m taking legal action against Virgin Hotels Las Vegas. No one should have to deal with this level of deception and disrespect. If you value your money, your dignity, and basic human decency. Stay far away!

The bed and the manager. The staff is lovely I feel bad they have to work here….. It used to be one of the best now it’s on par to bring one of the worst.

2/10 What a joke...
We had booked this hotel a few months in advance of our trip and I took note of exactly what they were charging us, and not once did it note that we would be charged a $100 security fee NIGHTLY just to stay here. When I mentioned this to the front desk man, he was EXTREMELY rude about it and said "it's not our fault you weren't told"
On top of that, they charge a resort fee for half size waters and installed Netflix and Hulu apps on the TV after advertising there is live streaming.
I was excited to stay here and now im stuck in this hotel until Tuesday because it was too late to cancel.
Pools closed...
Kind of a joke, honestly, for a luxury style hotel, we will never stay here again and will never recommend anyone else staying here.

7/10 It was nice until around 5 am when all the planes take off.
The property is new and has a good vibe but it would be a best in summer. Pool area will be amazing when finished. Staff was amazing and very friendly and helpful.

10/10 Brilliant hotel off the main strip.
This hotel is amazing. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. The main pools were closed due to time of year but they have a heated pool open which was beautiful. In the summer months the other 3 pools will be so much fun. The hotel was located off the main strip but it wasn’t much to get a LIFT.
You can pay for all u can eat breakfast which was well worth the money. There is also coffee shop and juice bar that we used.
This holiday was by far one of our best and the hotel was a big part of that too.

10/10 Great Value, Nice Stay
Went with family for the weekend and was pleasantly surprised on how modern and comfortable this hotel was.
The room was clean and very stylish, TV had the ability to ask for room service and watch Netflix off your phone.
The view from the window was great as you can see the pool and the buildings of the strip.
The casino floor was very inviting and clean. The shops inside had everything we needed for Coffee, Pizza, Chinese cuisine, Italian, and Mexican food.
Our experience was very pleasant and would definitely come again.

10/10 Virgin Hotel Experience
Brilliant hotel. Bar, entertainment and restaurants all top notch. Great casino. Room was beautiful with amazing view of the strip. Huge comfy bed. Staff Brilliant. Only down side was due to cold weather we had to get taxis to the strip which was quite costly but in all fairness we knew the location when we booked it so that is no reflection on the hotel, the staff were always on hand to help with taxis. Big shout out to Lindsay on the bar, lovely lady. If ever back in Vegas would 100% book this hotel again.

No coffee machine, No useful space in the refrigerator. Receptionist didn't send me the room ready message that he promised. In room check out procedure looks incomplete so I went to lobby to confirm my check out with receptionist.

Big Resort Hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.
Close to airport.
When I arrived there only few people at the front desk and a queue formed itself quickly. Took quite long to check in.

They checked us in much earlier than expected, which was appreciated. The room had a great shower, one of the highlights of the stay.

It’s a super nice hotel, a bit away from the strip but still close. Inside the hotel you have everything you need from bar to pizza all night to gym to juice bar and so on. I really loved staying here

Best housekeeping. Front desk do not explain about my Gold Hilton status until I fight for it. I was charged for room amenities that I haven’t used. I am not happy about how me and my group were treated. There is nothing that brings us to this hotel.

Very clean, fresh towels when needed. Chef Xue excellent. We enjoyed hot tub. Beds very comfortable, needed a comfy chair on opposite side of room. Lots of things to do in the hotel itself.

The rooms were large and modern and I loved that the casino didn’t smell like smoke. The steak house was phenomenal-one of the best meals I’ve had. I would definitely stay here again.
