Horrible attitude from the staff and a TOXIC weird commercial office environment in the lobby area. Rude front desk staff. “You can check Google” and so many other points - being chased for deposit receipt (scam trick) and check out. Did not feel welcomed. I should have taken a deposit from the hotel for non-performance from their side. Drainage blocked, apartment not maintained, fake bathtub, AC remote not functioning in the living area, creating lots of inconvenience. Just an horrible experience - and will definitely not come back. Show More

Location is great and the unit itself is very efficient and clean. There are only two issues that I had during my stay, which could be a problem for some guests. There is no sound insulation through the front door. You can hear people doing dishes and talking from adjacent rooms even though doors are closed. Also, every time a family opens and closes their room door it echoes and vibrates, and is extremely loud. Besides that the towels are very stained and smell unclean. Otherwise the property is excellent. The staff is great. Show More

Hotel is about 15 mins walk from the mall. There is a lot of traffic on this road. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Show More
