He was very patient, informative, and accommodating. All staff we encountered were courteous and helpful, from the housekeeping to valet. Special shout-out to the black gentleman that was working baggage check on Sunday, November 23 morning. He, too, was very patient and kind to all guests that passed through.Show More

Loved that I had a decent view on the 22nd floor. The location to get anywhere downtown was exceptional! I walked 22-25k steps each day.
