The bathroom door wouldn't close all of the way, and would just pop open randomly. The drain in the bathtub/shower would not drain, so you were standing in water while you showered. And when I asked about scheduling a car for the next morning, we were told no need to. That it would be very easy to get a cab right out front. I said that it would be at 5:am and he said no problem. Well, at 5:am the next morning, it was a problem. No cabs in sight. So we were late to our appointment due to it taking so long to get a car. It was not cheap to stay here, and while it is a beautiful property, I was disappointed. Show More

My stay was for 3 nights, and the air conditioning did not work during that time. They brought me a portable air conditioner. The hotel's location is good and the staff are good and cooperative, but the problem is the air conditioning.Show More
