We have mixed reviews on our place. Positives + Close to the strip, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle + Driving distance to Freemont street and downtown LV + Villas include washer and drye...We have mixed reviews on our place. Positives + Close to the strip, but far enough away from the hustle & bustle + Driving distance to Freemont street and downtown LV + Villas include washer and dryer and is family friendly + Spacious, apartment feel but still feels like a resort with the amenities + Communication through text was cool + gated and secured entry and exit made sure that no one who shouldn't be on the property is allowed in Negatives - Roaches seen around the outside - small roaches inside our villa (we went to target to buy pest spray to use during the duration of our visit) - Linen service not provided (we requested it twice and they never came) - Only gave us one roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 for the entire stay (That is 4 days, 3 nights) - The pool area plays loud music NON-STOP from 8AM to 11PM. Our villa directly face the pool, which was frustrating because we couldn't sleep in or put the kids to sleep at their regular bedtime due to the noise. I think the purpose behind it was to give it a resort/Las Vegas feel ... but for a family looking for a mellow weekend in between tournament games, this was not exactly what we wanted - They charged me a "Late Check-In Fee" of $104 that they didn't inform me about ... that makes no sense since we checked in late night rather than 3pm check in. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was impeccable. If you book dont worry about using the resort shuttle, just take the 202 bus into town. A 24 hr pass is $5 and can be used for all ...The staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was impeccable. If you book dont worry about using the resort shuttle, just take the 202 bus into town. A 24 hr pass is $5 and can be used for all of the city busses including the deuce on the strip. The 202 is very nice, clean, and cool. And it runs every 15 mins rather than every hour like the resort shuttle. Show More
