The only reason I’m not giving this dump zero stars is because of the nice housekeeper who helped us get a clean room. We got to the hotel at 4pm after an international flight. We were given a room ...The only reason I’m not giving this dump zero stars is because of the nice housekeeper who helped us get a clean room. We got to the hotel at 4pm after an international flight. We were given a room & when we got to the room they were still cleaning it. At 4pm. The above mentioned housekeeper called someone who suggested another room. The housekeeper said no, the shower door is broken in that room. They suggested another room & again the housekeeper said no, that room is under repair. She then walked down the hall & found an unoccupied room for us. How does the front desk not know what rooms are available? Then there’s the parking. There is a sign outside that says if you are a guest of the hotel they will give you a pass. That’s a lie. They charge you for every minute you are in the parking lot. Now we know why people were parking on the street to check in if they were going right back out. The place run down & worn out. You would do better staying at the Marriott across the street. It is not what you would expect from a Westin.show more

We travel internationally, staying at Marriott properties worldwide and this Westin is the best experience yet. It’s beautiful, clean, organized, but the customer service sets it above others. Cindy at the desk is the best customer service professional I have ever experienced. After 27 yrs as an inflight instructor I have high expectations. She is that and more. Jacqueline is exceptional as well at the desk. Our room was gorgeous, our Bonvoy status recognized and appreciated, even received birthday cupcakes!! Just the absolute best beginning of our international holiday! I highly recommend this for safe parking and a peaceful stay the night before your flight. It’s our “family “ now here. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else!show more

Since we travel internationally a lot, it is helpful that the bar and restaurant are open until 11 pm, and the food is really good. However, in our most recent visit, it was clear that the hotel needs some renovation. The bath/ shower had chipped enamel and the carpets were dirty. The area near the restaurant was being treated to multiple water leaks from the glass ceiling. We think the Westin brand is better than what we are seeing now.show more

The bed is always comfortable, and the Front Desk staff always great. We always ask after Cindy at the Front Desk. We have known her for almost 9 years now! She is wonderful! We highly recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends if they have an early flight. The hotel complimentary airport shuttle is so great to be able to use!show more
