The area was peac...The hotel has an excellent location close to the Harbourfront and within a 30-minute walk with my dog to major Toronto attractions such as City Hall, Dundas Square, and the CN Tower. The area was peaceful at night, allowing for a comfortable sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and the server’s suggestion to mix orange juice and apple juice was surprisingly good I liked it so much that I still do it on other trips. Also, there are plenty of pet-friendly restaurants around the Harbourfront area, which was a big plus for travelers with dogs.Show More

The location is good on Queens Quay by the ferry terminal. And only a 10 minute walk from Union Station. When you approach the hotel, you encounter a big set of stairs leading to a door that’s usually...The location is good on Queens Quay by the ferry terminal. And only a 10 minute walk from Union Station. When you approach the hotel, you encounter a big set of stairs leading to a door that’s usually locked, or you can enter via the steep parking ramp. I think there was an accessible entrance around the side , but it felt like an afterthought. The room was nice - comfortable bed, view of the waterfront. Housekeeping was impeccable. Sunday night, there was a malfunction that had all the fire alarms going off at 4 am for a solid 20 minutes. Monday morning the sound of drilling started at 9 am from work on the elevator adjacent to my room. (I had noticed a couple elevators out of service leading to long waits to get on an elevator during peak times.) The front desk informed me after the fact there would be intermittent construction noise between 9 and 5. The next morning drilling noise began at 730 am, so I guess information and communication are not their strong suit.Show More
