It starts off with Michelle Quinn who delivered such excellent customer service. She reminded us there are still businesses that value their customers to the Fullest!! Then Bianca, our waitress for breakfast was as sweet as the delicious pancakes she served us. I couldnt thank her enough for her warm presence. It was like we were in her very own kitchen. Then good ol Kelly Ann she was FANTASTIC, our bartender made us phenomenal tasty cocktails and had THE BEST AND MOST DOWN TO EARTH CONVERSATIONS YOU CAN HAVE !! She smiled the entire visit and she will always be someone I think of when I come to Vegas. Something definitely needs to be given to this POWERHOUSE TRIO for the amazing experiences they deliver. We specifically chose a hotel without a casino, and we were happy with that decision. We had a rental car - parking was super easy, and only $22/day. Must compliment the service at the hotel; we had a few requests, and all were handled promptly. Also, we requested daily housekeeping during online check-in, and they actually did it, without any need for us to ask again (and again ... we seem to have trouble with that at other hotels lately.) The only issue was that it was a bit noisy with people coming and going down the hallway all night, but we chalked that up to "it's Las Vegas". We selected a room with a Sphere view, and that was great.Show More

She was right out in the hallway in front of my door with a walkie-talkie type device blasting Spanish at high volume. What kind of hotel has cleaning crews out in the middle of the night and does not train them to be quiet? Apparently this hotel has a lot of airline flight crews staying there and boosts the hotel's profits by letting out rooms more than once per 24 hour period. If you are looking for a hotel which offers a good night's sleep and which prioritizes guest experience, I would avoid this one.Show More

The location is perfect—just off the Strip and centrally located—an easy walk to everything, yet far enough to offer a bit of quiet and calm away from the chaos (and without all the random added fees you often find on the Strip). The service was excellent, and the property is very well maintained. My room had an absolutely amazing view of the Sphere, which made the stay even better. I’ll definitely be back for all future trips to Vegas, regardless of the reason. This is officially my new favorite hotel in the area.Show More
