Overcharged for stay. Was charged both by the hotel and Expedia. Stay was for two night for $315, charged again two days later $143. Charged again today $178.64 by the hotel itself…thought the charge was a mistake for being overcharged for incidental, then was told over the phone it was pet fee for 3 nights even though I only stayed half one night and left due to feeling uncomfortable with the room and bad experience with woman on meth harassing my husband and I in the hot tub. Was hung up on by hotel again. Spoke to someone earlier today and said I would get a $128 refund, called again with Expedia and was told that my request was denied for pet fee and the stay bc the hotel would not approve my request. I have videos and picture of how I left the room in good condition. I left during the middle of the first night because our stay was so bad. No trash trash bags in trash cans in room, no soap or conditioner in refillable containers in the room. I was sent a nasty email from front office about my pet barking even though I kept him in the carrier while I was out seeing family. Expected me to stay confined to my hotel room since I brought pet. You are not pet friendly. Pet fee was $50 a night. I only stayed one night and we charged $178. For what was supposed to be a 3 night stay for around $300 I was charged in total $636 for one night because the hotel would not refund me the additional nights I did not stay for. Currently filing a claim with the BBB. Taking legal action.Show More

The hotel is in a great location for business travel as it’s located by plenty of restaurants and even shopping! I would stay here again for business.Show More
