The coffee is thick and double espresso. Minus the spa, which is always closed, and the distracted woman who doesn't know why she came to the spa reception desk and can't answer questions. The rest is great. The lack of a lifeguard at the pool is also a plus because no one whistles, and it's quiet and peaceful. I'm almost always alone at the pool. The water is clean and warm. Overall, I give it a 9/10. When my sister got sick yesterday and her temperature was 40.4 Celsius within 20 minutes, the girls organized a banana bag from the center 5 minutes away without an additional fee. My sister couldn't eat anything, and that saved her life. The service, from the receptionist to the mower, the cleaning and pool crew, was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel aspires to better 5* ratings. I recommend it on behalf of myself and my sister.Show More

The rooms, sofa and a dining table was properly arranged suited for the elderly esp my mom to walk in and out of the rooms and living hall. The room service was tip top. Friendly and helpful. I can say breakfast was also okay where the hotel provided from a light to heavy meals. A 2 minutes walk to the nearest shopping mall. Hotel lobby and pool facility are clean, breakfast staff is good and food varieties for about 4 days then repeat. Bedroom cleaning staff did not change the bed sheet ONCE for our 6 nights stay. The worst experience is not having the relaxation and sleep quality that you would expect from the hotel. Construction noise from the lower floor, the hammering and drilling during the days and throughout the nights, one time at around midnight and one night at 10 p.m. Called the front desk and took them over 1 hour to have the banging stopped. Addressed the issues to the manager on duty, he apologized but blaming the construction workers for the disturbances. Wyndham does not respect their customers’ sleep qualities.Show More
