Our flight was landing late so I called and spoke to someone who assured us it was no problem. We arrived at 10:15 pm went to the check in only to be told we had no room. Excuse me what? I confirmed, it was noted I the computer, and the woman at the desk was like well, I don't know what to tell ya, sorry. If anyone knows Austin, f1 race weekend is not a place you want to be without a room. I will never recommend a wyndham to anyone. We were able to secure a room at 11:30 pm, but had to schedule another Uber, pay for another room, at last minute etc. To say it was not a good experience is an understatement. Don't book here, there are better places to stay in austin.Show More

I ordered a suite and it was given to someone else. I was given two non connecting rooms for my underage kids. My AC did not work and it took four hours for someone to come and that’s after I had to ...I ordered a suite and it was given to someone else. I was given two non connecting rooms for my underage kids. My AC did not work and it took four hours for someone to come and that’s after I had to go down to the front desk a second time. The next night my AC started smelling like burning at 1am. I un-plugged and told staff at check out. The suite screw up was so poorly documented in the system that they told me I was supposed to check out the day before. This place is a disaster!Show More
