Booked a room for our anniversary (made note of it in our reservation) with a king size bed. When we arrived, we were offered an upgrade to the 9th floor. We were a little hesitant but accepted the o...Booked a room for our anniversary (made note of it in our reservation) with a king size bed. When we arrived, we were offered an upgrade to the 9th floor. We were a little hesitant but accepted the offer. We were given the key with the room number and headed to the room. Tried the key but it didn’t work. Went back down to the desk and we were told the wrong number was written on our card. That was corrected so off we went again. Got to the room and opened the door to find 2 queen beds. Back down we went and told them we were not informed of the change and asked if we could stay with our room with the king size bed. Got to the room and it had the smell of an air freshener which is never really good. The washroom looked to be for a handicap person as there were rails on the wall beside the toilet and in the tub as well. There was also a chair in the bathroom that someone would use to put in the tub. The next morning we noticed that there was actually no shower attached to the wall. Instead it was a shower head attached to a chrome hose dangling in the tub. To top it off, the water was only warm. Walls are also paper thin as we heard our neighbours talk until 4 in the morning. When we went to check out in the morning, we were not even asked how our stay was so we brought up the issues we had. Almost got the impression that room should not be used. We were given $50 off our room which we appreciated but it did not really make up for the bad experience we had on our anniversary 😕 BTW….the room number was 411 Parking expensive - $79 per night to stay on site.Show More

I loved my view of the falls from the room, it was breathtaking! The size of the room was larger than expected, I thought the beds would be extremely close to one another based on the pictures online ...I loved my view of the falls from the room, it was breathtaking! The size of the room was larger than expected, I thought the beds would be extremely close to one another based on the pictures online but in real life it was quite roomy. Great location close to everything, walking distance to the casino in such a way that you don't have to even go outside. 10/10 would recommend.Show More
