Seeing this as a relatively new hotel I wanted to check it out . I booked a King room . Even though it’s small I actually do not mind it all because it’s cozy . Lots of wood interior and decor so it gives you that extra warmth. It’s buzzing downstairs where the restaurant/ bar are but my room was very quiet which I totally loved . They promote sustainability here so my room has a filter water tap and a can bottle so you don’t need to buy water in plastic bottles . The bathroom is perfect for one . I think if I was traveling with my partner I would have to book a bigger room. Check in / check out was swift and professional. The £200 / night security - I thought was a bit of a joke ( soho hotel takes £ 100 / night ) until I found out that my breakfast was £63 and it was one of the worst breakfasts ever with the tiniest bowl of berries . My fruits , my eggs and two tiny pieces of sourdough toast all came at the same time and the egg was not hot . Would stay here again but would probably have breakfast elsewhere. Mine you the price of the room for the location is very decent - around £506 / Mayfair .Show More

However it leaves a bit to be desired. The beds are not comfortable. They are quite hard. The linens are nice quality which is great, but the mattress feels like you’re sleeping on a concrete sidewalk. I was expecting a high end hotel bed experience, like what you get a four seasons. This is not that. The lighting in the bathroom is not really that bright which is problematic if you’re a woman trying to put on makeup. But the main reason I’ll never stay here again is the the food sucks. Big time. We ordered several different meals for breakfast. Several different lunches and dinners. Absolutely disgusting, most of it. Highly disappointed. Overall, it was a pleasant enough of a stay. Great location. Friendly staff. Cute rooms. Terrible food and a hard bed.Show More

Our issues were with the room and the coffee at breakfast. In the room, the Toto toilet seat was malfunctioning. It was constantly making noise when we walked near it. It did not function at all. I had to look up how to use the remote to power all the way off so it would stop. There were also ants crawling in the bathroom. Lastly, when we went down to breakfast, the food was good, but the coffee was really disappointing. I asked for an Americano and was brought a cup of brewed, filtered coffee. The waitress was kind enough to bring another Americano made with espresso and the taste was simply not good. I would highly suggest that the espresso main product you are using the upgraded, and the barista team become more knowledgeable.. Thank You, GShow More

The only problem for me was that there is a GLASS between the bathroom and the room, with a curtain for privacy on the OUTSIDE. For showering is great but when it comes to the WC more privacy is needed. Should have a separate door for the actual toilet. Also, on a saturday night the room on the 4th floor was very noisy from the busy streets around.Show More
