Upon arrival, we found that a lot of the dishes were still very filthy, we opened the dishwasher to rewash some of the dishes. It was clogged and had a stinky odor from old dirty water. It was clogged and had a stinky odor from old dirty water. Later on the first night, all my guests couldn't shower or wash dishes because there were no hot water. Showers water pressure was super slow, and it took forever to wash your hair and shower. Clearly, the property was not cleaned well. There were cobwebs hanging in the corner of one of the washrooms. Master bedrooms washroom floor was super hot. Found out later, the heated floors were at max temp. Nearly burnt the kids' feets. Wanted to do some laundry, and there weren't any detergent. Also had to ask for garbage bags. The oven was also greasy and dirty. Being a premier property and paying this amount of money for a stay, this is totally not acceptable. When I addressed the matter to the manager, David, he made it like I was lying about all the issues. Was not friendly at all, looked very annoyed, and seemed like he didn't want to deal with us at all. No apologies, and just a rude face!!! The funniest part was...being a premium property, they couldn't even have a pair of decent oven mitt that matched. We paid over 1000.00 per night, after all the service,taxes cleaning charges. I had to send emails upon arrival and after I had checkout dealing with these complaints. Very disappointing. I would not stay here again or would I ever book Okanagan Premier properties.Show More
