This is a lovely spacious villa and was very clean and in a good location. Under normal circumstances I would say excellent. Sadly our stay was let down by the owner landlord. After a 14 hour journey ...This is a lovely spacious villa and was very clean and in a good location. Under normal circumstances I would say excellent. Sadly our stay was let down by the owner landlord. After a 14 hour journey from the UK we arrived at the Villa with a 2 year old child only to find that the door code didn’t work. We immediately phoned the owner but could not get a response despite frequent calls. We then phoned the emergency number and likewise no response. After nearly 1.5 hours on the door step we were about to re-load our car and try to find a motel for the night when one last call to the emergency number received a response and were provided with an emergency door code. The day after we emailed the owner eventually finding out that we had been provided with a 5 digit code instead of 4 digits. Also on our first morning at the villa we discovered that the rear sliding door was not locked and could not be locked. So anybody could gain access to the property by simply opening the rear pool gate. We reported the matter immediately and received no response. After a week we reported the matter again and received no response. We therefore spent the two week vacation with a broom handle and chair as the only way of securing access from the rear of the premises. Sadly what should have been great feedback was spoilt by the owner having no concern regarding two serious issues.Show More
