We had issues getting into the community delaying our arrival time on day one. The place was not cleaned properly AT ALL before our arrival. We had to clean and bleach down everything ourselves. There...We had issues getting into the community delaying our arrival time on day one. The place was not cleaned properly AT ALL before our arrival. We had to clean and bleach down everything ourselves. There was hair in the showers, glass top stove was broken and appeared to be glued back together so one side was not usable, stains all over the carpet in the bedrooms, no fitted sheets AT ALL on 5 of the 7 beds, the beds had all sorts of stains so did the couch in the living room, the wear and tear on all of the bedroom furniture, pool table, and kitchen made us feel as if we had booked a 2 star motel. If it wasn’t for the outside pool and community clubhouse our vacation would have been ruined as we did not want to be in the home if we didn’t need to be. Luckily we had bought our own bedsheets. Additionally, my nephew left his Nike duffle bag full of clothes and his favorite shoes, we contacted the company managing the property, One vacation home, after two days they were able to confirm their cleaning team located the bag and promised to ship the bag to us but after providing them the shipping address they completely ghosted us. I have called and they tell me to email, I then email over and over with no response. They already confirmed in writing that they have the bag so we will be filing a police report for the now stolen items. Show More
