The hotel is new, rooms are minimalist but nice. My complaint is EVERYTHING is DARK!!! We arrived after sunset-the lobbiy, elevators, restarants, everywhere feels like the power is about to go out. ...The hotel is new, rooms are minimalist but nice. My complaint is EVERYTHING is DARK!!! We arrived after sunset-the lobbiy, elevators, restarants, everywhere feels like the power is about to go out. All the walls -It was not to my taste at all. You have to take one elevator to get to the lobby on the 34th floor, then another one to go down to your room (on the 25th floor). When you leave-same drill, up to the lobby, then down to the street. Even the rooms are dimly lit-good luck trying to put on makeup in the bathroom. The sink faucet handle is really weird. It is a flat disk. After pushing, pulling, twisting, I finally discovered it sort of slides to the side to turn on. Who thought that was a good idea? Room did not have a hairdryer, had to request it. The restaurants are all next to each other on the ground level-you go down a very dimly lit hallway, and try to figure out which one is which direction. We ate at Lucky Mizu. Our reservation was for 6:15, (it opens at 6:00). We got there at 6:10- we were told we had to wait-no explanation, no smiles from the hostess , nothing. Finally, after we were seated in the almost empty restaurant 10 minutes later, I commented on the wait, and they said they were short staffed. It would have been nice/helpful/polite, if the hostess had explained this to us when we checked in. That seems like the courteous thing to do along with an “I’m sorry”. Prices were Really high Oh-and if you use as a credit card-be prepared to have an additional 3% added to your check.😱. This could be a nice hotel-if they turn up the lights, and have some friendlier people. The location is great.Show More

Place was about as luxury as you'll get for 280-300 per night, pretty sleek. Plenty especially since we didn't lounge in the room for too long, mostly out and about anyway. Bed was quite comfortable, TV was easy to navigate. There are a lot of restaurants nearby in the building, we tried 33 Taps and it was a little pricey but had solid margaritas, wings, and fries, and was convenient. The hotel had everything we personally needed though.Show More

I have stayed in several Marriott properties, including in Zanzibar, in Los Angeles (AC by Marriott Downtown from September 5 to 8, 2025), and in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, during my stay in Los Angeles, I was the victim of a very serious incident: a sealed envelope containing 500 euros in cash was stolen from my room after the housekeeping staff entered. I immediately reported the incident to the reception and internal assistance, but I did not receive any support. On the contrary, I found total closure and lack of availability, to the point that I was even hung up on over the phone. I was forced to turn to the local police, filing an official report, and also opening a case with the insurance company. Nevertheless, the hotel denied any responsibility and refused any reimbursement. This behavior, in addition to the financial loss, ruined my holiday and seriously undermined my trust in an international chain like Marriott. My experience is therefore absolutely negative. I will publish negative reviews everywhere, stating that Marriott staff are thieves and steal guests’ personal belongings inside their rooms, and I will advise everyone not to book with your hotel or your chain again. As a criminal lawyer, I will take legal action against you to obtain compensation for damages, and I immediately request to be removed as a member because I do not want to be part of a hotel chain that steals from its guests.Show More

I chose the place due to the convenient location next the Crypto Arena as well as being next to the subway! It was very clean and the staff was nice! Not to mention the view was spectacular! Not to mention the view was spectacular! The only problem I had with the room was that the top lock that pops out to block the door was glued down or stuck and the only problem I had with the hotel was the pool, which I felt should’ve been listed on the website that the pool itself is not OWNED by the hotel and therefore does not operate at normal hours for a hotel. When we received our paper we found out that the pool closes at 8pm like Monday-Wednesday, Thursday-Friday closed at 4pm, and Saturday and Sunday they closed at 1pm. So we never got the chance to use the pool at any point in time due to the weird operating hours, which I understood it wasn’t the hotel who manages the pool and rather a third-party. But overall I really enjoyed my stay and if I come back for another concert in LA, I will definitely go back to them!Show More
