Everything in APA is thought about. I appreciate all the details: perfect lighting, the amenities, comfy and big bed,, sockets everywhere, even international! Yukata and slippers really add confort to my stays. I even use the cape for going to the spa at night. The TV will tell you everything you need to know, even if the onsen is free or busy on real time. Everyday you got new amenities, tea/coffee pack, towels and yukata delivered to your room. Rooms always have fridge and kettle. Big mirrors, full body. Big window and 2 types of curtains. The water pressure is always awesome, in all APAs that I have been. The mirror in the bathroom have a special warming function not to get steamed up. (Great, right?? It's Japan!) They give you complimentary water the first day and always have vending machines. The location of this APA was very convenient, I enjoy walking and could go back from Namba and Dotonbori at night without having to worry about subway times. But there is APAs everywhere so you can choose. This one in particular is located just on the subway so you can take the stairs down to Hommachi St. Where there are also shops and restaurants. Last day I sent my baggage from the counter they have in the reception, very convenient. I go to APA because I know I will have a comfortable stay and will not have to worry about anything.Show More

I had an emergency and had to book a hotel in osaka on the same day. Apa hotel caught my eye and offered a great deal. Great hotel with alot of amenities. Also has family mart inside of it. Short walk from busy roads with alot of shops that lead to Dotonbori area. Dont just go there, wander the streets around, discover little quiet parks, temples and little businesses. Staff of the hotel was attentive and welcoming, room had enough space is clean, and everything is automated and done through app/tv. Everytime i come to Japan, I am truly amazed how things are done there with utmost care. I cant wait to for my next Japan trip, one of my top 3 countries to visit! Thank you APA and see you soon hopefullyShow More
