I booked this trip for my friends to stay in Toronto for a night and the owner of this apartment never picked up their phone, answered their emails, nor gave us instructions to enter. This seems to be...I booked this trip for my friends to stay in Toronto for a night and the owner of this apartment never picked up their phone, answered their emails, nor gave us instructions to enter. This seems to be a fake listing as I could hear people inside and it seems like this is someone else’s apartment. I would stay away from this. I contacted hotels.com and they started an internal investigation. I spent 3 hours on the phone with hotels.com and they were unable to contact the apartment and gave me a refund after three hours. Huge mess. Stay away from this fake listing.Show More

The property was clean but had no communication from the owner.we had trouble with finding suitable parking which cost us 64 dollars this was not acceptable as we were told there was free parking.. th...The property was clean but had no communication from the owner.we had trouble with finding suitable parking which cost us 64 dollars this was not acceptable as we were told there was free parking.. the pictures of the property were not accurate guy we're of the apartment above we were in the basement with a tiny little window to look out over the ground . We thought the place would have been sufficient for 2 people sleeping in the bedroom. But for more than two where the couch is required for sleeping, this was extremely uncomfortable.
