The hotel was exceptionally clean, and its location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Mr. Gürkan. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, and the service exceeded expectations. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was great. The bar and cafe were also great and so beautiful. The lobby area is really nice and welcoming.

10/10 No place like Arlo
Absolutely exceptional. My hobby is staying at art museums all over the world and this was the crème de la crème. The staff was excellent, very helpful, very professional. But the Atlair breakfast.!!! Would practically run down every morning to get the Greek yogurt. Phenomenal.

8/10 Clean boutique hotel near Penn Station
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Arlo. I like the contemporary decor, good value and convenient location—walking distance to Penn Station. Since it was raining out, it was convenient to get latte and a pastry downstairs. They actually have a good variety of drinks and snacks for sale. Yes, the rooms are small, but it’s New York and the bed was comfy. The service was ok, but kind of matter of fact. Nice touch that the elevators go specifically to your floor.

9/10 Fantastic Stay at Arlo Midtown!
I had an incredible stay at Arlo Midtown NYC! The staff was warm and welcoming, the modern design felt both stylish and cozy, and the bar had a lively atmosphere—perfect for happy hour. The rooms were comfortable with super cozy beds and stunning city views. Plus, the location is unbeatable, just steps from Times Square, Hudson Yards, and top restaurants.
The manager and staff made us feel at home.
I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

10/10 Excellent value for money. Clean rooms, friendly staff.
This is the best value for money in New York City. The location was central, the room was immaculate, the bed comfortable, the staff was all incredibly friendly and helpful. The bar and the restaurant were bustling, but not overcrowded and all of the noise died down at 11 when the bar closed. Before that there was a pleasant din of background noise, but it wasn't disruptive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

7/10 NYC Spring break escape with the kids
room was ok .. tiny .. 2 double beds 200 pi .. I would suggest if you are 4 (2 adults with 2 kids) to upgrade to 300 pi..

9/10 In short the staff, particular Jason the manager more than made up for the inconvenience.
Overall the breakfast was good, however a broader choice of pastries and fruits would have been ideal.

8/10 Clean, comfortable and safe.
The bar was the only downside. They closed at 11 and were not particularly friendly nor was the bar top clean(Sticky with spilled drinks). We choose places with nice bars so we can have a few night caps close before bed. Really nice bar, 20+ people having a nice time and then they shut it down at 11 on a Saturday night. So, we had to leave the property to get our night caps.

This is a good place to stay. This hotel is situated in a good location and surrounded by a lot of good and tasty restaurants and cafes. The personal in cafe, restaurant and bar is awesome - very attentive and kind. I’m sure that next time we also will choose this hotel.

Amazing location in Midtown. Very comfortable room. I would definitely recommend it to solo travellers as I felt very comfortable and safe in the area and the staff were friendly and attentive.

9/10 Perfect hotel in the heart of New York
The hotel is in a strategic position, very close to the subway and Times Square.
Rooms are not very big but comfortable for two adults and two children. The rooms are clean the staff of the hotel is super kind and always try to meet all guests requests. The bar area is also very nice and the food is good

Lovely stay!
Gurkan was very helpful when we stored our bags before our flights.
Great base and gorgeous environment to stay in. Lovely, comfortable beds & pillows.
We ate at the Altair, which was a beautiful dining experience. Staff very helpful!

Centrally located, incredibly calm for the city, great breakfast with easy to choose options, and a great gym, a really nice option for the area. Calm public spaces for work or relaxing. Not huge rooms but include all amenities and very good bedding.

Lovely hotel in great location, rooms a bit small but so clean, cosy and quiet. Staff at the front desk were very polite and kind. Would definitely stay again. Only complaints there was a rip in the bed sheet and hairdryer didn’t work

Stay was very pleasant. Staff was helpful and attentive. Hotel’s soundproof was decent for NYC. My only complaint is the resort fee which does not give the value you pay for (68 per two adults)

Nice hotel in good location, easy walking distance to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and Times Square. Bed was very comfortable and great views. Bathroom was small but had an excellent shower!

Everything was great! The shower was excellent and the room was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pillows . the ones in my room were completely flat.
