We spent over 300k yen at this hotel and they still charged us for holding bags for the one day we were gone in the middle of our stay. Condescending and rude comment from staff member Mr. Pathak about holding our luggage. Completely unprofessional behavior. We were treated better at every other hotel we stayed in Japan (with no luggage fees either!). I will not stay at Tobu hotel or any of their affiliates on future trips to Japan. Spend your money where you will be treated better.Show More

It is also close to the shrine and shopping area which also has plenty of restaurants. They have free coffee/tea on the 3rd floor. We opted for breakfast each morning, and the buffet was OK. I would definitely stay here again.Show More

We had plenty of room, even with our 6 cases, 7 by the time we checked out LOL. Check in was easy and fast, the hotel and room are both spotless. The a/c was a blessing, since it of course was hot outside. The shower room and tub became our best friends after discovering Tokyo each day. The deep soaking tub was just what my muscles needed. In fact if you ask at the front desk, they will provide you with bath salts too. We received fresh slippers everyday and a fresh set of sleepwear. The staff could not do enough for us. Breakfast was also very good, on offer were both Western and Japanese options. We had some of each and enjoyed it all. My wife is now a fan of tofu and ginger, I really enjoyed the eggs benedict, and our daughter liked the onigiri with plum. Service again was top notch, as were all the foods and drinks. The location couldn't have been better, sites, shops, 7-11, train station all right outside the hotel doors. A bonus was the laundry room, we stayed for a week and it was nice to always have fresh clothes.Show More

Efficiently welcomed and given instructions on hotel rules, we soon found our room. It's snug, but comfortable. We did a little bit of rearrangement to create more space. The bed is nice and comfortable, the refrigerator works, and the shower is nice. There are some nice touches, water is included, and there is tea/coffee in the cabinet. This was a busy hotel while we were there, but you won't be bothered by any noise from the outside. Nice, if not spectacular, view and a TV. Being surrounded by food options and convenience stores, we didn't try the hotel breakfast. We did, however, try out several places around the hotel, and everything we tried was fine. The location is close to some great shopping options, and we would recommend the Sky Tower. It's also easy to see many of the best sights in Tokyo from here and unless you crave lively nightspots, this might be the perfect location for a Tokyo stay.Show More
